Big O Tires

Went over issues that were critical, things that could wait, and things to consider later. They weren't trying to sell me everything. Explained all repairs carefully. Pricing is a good value.

I came into the store expecting to buy two new tires for my car and an alignment. That is what I received and I'm very happy with the service and the product.

I had several services done, 2 new tires, transmission flush and new spark plugs. The employees are always nice and give me accurate information about my car and the services needed. Service was so great I posted it on Facebook!

Got to work this morning with a nail in my car's tire. Did a quick google search for tire shops around the area and found two. The first shop I called a couple of times, but did not get an answer. The second was Big O Tires and got a response right away with an over the phone quote. When I took the car in to their facility I was impressed with the quality of customer service this shop has, and with the cleanliness of their facility. I was able to drop off my car and go back to work and picked it up ready and fixed by lunch time. Definitely going to be back for any future tire needs.

I had to visit again for something on my car...it's always something. This time it was an easy fix, just a headlight. I like how I'm always greeted nicely and taken care of like part of the family. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Twice in one month I had a blown out tire. The first time they were able to fix it and they were super busy but they were able to get me in. The second time, the tire was not able to be fixed. I decided to just swap all 4 out since they were getting close to being done anyways. They didn't have the tire in stock but found another store with them in stock and drove over and picked them up quite a ways away to make sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend these guys, they will take good care of you.

Actually started at store in Costa Mesa (Bristol/MacArthur). Got excellent service there and found the absolute best possible price on tires. Live in MV so called Lake Forest store to see if same deal could be had there. "Yes", so I went there. Everyone, especially the manager was really helpful. Got my truck in and out in reasonable time. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

My "Check Engine" light and a transmission warning message came on when I was on my way to an appointment. I called the shop and asked if I could bring it over the next day or if it was necessary I dropped it off immediately because I had somewhere I had to be in the afternoon. They said to bring it over ASAP and they'd let me know because there was a possibility I could do some real damage to the transmission. I ran it over, they hooked it up immediately, called around for the parts and had the car repaired in under three hours that day and I didn't have to alter my schedule or plans. Adam always explains everything thoroughly to me and the guys do great work. I've never had to bring anything back for corrections.

I have taken my car for tires to Big O In Lake Forest for a number of years. Their service is great and they normally have the best prices on tires. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Adam Skaare always takes care of me. Already have a BIG O Credit card no need to offer another. Didn't need an alignment.
