Many automotive service stores can service your car (or supply you with good tires). What differentiates this Big O store is the trust I have in the store managers, Matt and Adam. They'll square with you on what really needs attention and what can wait. I've enjoyed and trusted working with them for over four years now.

I have been using Big O Tires in Lake Forest for a few years now and have both my Toyota Tacoma and Lexus ES 350 serviced here. I am able to make appointments at a convenient time for me, and the wait time is pretty close to what is promised.

I've been a loyal customer for 15 years and I've never had a complaint. Always my needs have been met with the highest of standards.

I came in to do my oil change and tire rotation and it took less than an hour.

New tires were priced fairly. I was given a realistic time to have the work completed, which they were able to meet. There was no hard-sell on other services.

Returned from a cross country car trip and needed to have a 5000 mile oil change and service.Made an appointment on Monday, went in Tuesday morning, and was out in an hour.Great service.

Just had to take care of a few things before i move to Texas, and the guys at the shop took care of my issues, even stayed late since it was July 4th weekend, to take care of not only my needs, but the needs of others as well on such a busy day. Kudos to all the guys at big o! Probably the only shop that has given me confidence when i drive out!

Adam continue to be so amazing at what he does. He always come to the car and goes above and beyond to help. He is the reason we continue to come to Big O.

Excellent service when getting new tires and a battery. I had a quote from a few months ago with a promo and although the promo was no longer valid, they honored the quoted price.In fact, they even upgraded my tires for free!I will definitely be returning for any automotive needs.

I used them a couple weeks ago and was very happy! Friendly and professional! I used to do oil change on another business. What happened was I was having trouble with my tire and warning light coming on, I was going out of town went in there to check it out they were absolute wonderful and professional and didn't try to ripe off an older lady that doesn't know much about tires. So I plan to go back when my car needs service. Keep up the good service!
