Adam, Sean and the whole team work hard to provide a great service to us. We have had our work vehicles and personal vehicles serviced at the Lake Forest for several years now. The only thing I would suggest is a "express" oil change service. This would be nice.

I always feel like they are watching out for me when I discuss options for service on my Ford Edge. And they have the talent at their Lake Forest store to take care of all the needs of my vehicle. Adam, Matt and the others are great to work with...

I took advantage of the BOGO on tires for my car. I had an appointment on a Saturday morning that I found out late Friday that I was going to be unable to keep. I still needed the tires and the Service Manager fit me in Friday afternoon where I just dropped the car and it was ready in the morning when I was ready to leave.

Previously only purchased tires. Recently replaced broken left side axle on a busy weekend!!

Was a quick trip to repair nail in tire.

Personable, reliable service everytime. Great neighborhood 'go to' for our car service.

I'm coming to this store for almost two years. The guys (Adam and Casey) are great here - friendly, helpful. Great customer service!!! Repairs are fare and you never get charge anything unnecessary. They even show you the broken part. I'm glad that I found them

Came in with a coupon for a synthetic oil change at 65,000 miles. Was greeted by Matt, who has excellent customer service skills. He confirmed with me that I'd already completed my 60,000 service (which I had). I requested that my air filters be checked and he said they would do that. He was extremely polite and pleasant. My car was turned around in a very reasonable time for a Saturday. When I went to pay, the person who checked me out (didn't catch his name) was also very polite and nice. I inquired about whether my coupon had been applied, since the price was higher than I was expecting. I explained that my oil change usually comes out to $70 without a coupon at the place I usually go, and this price was $75 even with my $20 coupon. He gave me an additional discount so I would leave happy. I really appreciated that. Service-wise, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. My only hesitation would be the price, as I usually get the oil change for $70 without a coupon, and this place required a coupon and an additional discount to get me to the same price. Regardless, the service was so good, I would still go here again if I had a coupon.

My family and I have used the Lake Forest Big O tires on many occasion and we are glad we did! They are not just for tires which is why I originally came into their store. Friendly, accommodating service AND reasonably priced! Adam is great to deal with!

Kendall was very helpful and I always feel like this location has my best interest in mind and isn't trying to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge.

I have used this location a few times for major repair work, tires, brakes, struts, oil change and they have always treated me professionally and if there is a coupon being offered they alway let customers know. They treat customers well all the time. I see it while I'm waiting for my repairs. If the work is going to take many hours they will take you home and pick you up again. The work is excellent and the service is second to none. I will continue to recommend my friends, family and strangers to go to this location.

Adam and Kendall did a great job communicating the issues and I felt like they charged a fair price for a starter and battery. Even after the work was done and before I left the store, I noticed a headlight was out and they replaced the bulb for me in just a few minutes.

I found this location years ago. I won't take my car anywhere else!
