Big O Tires

I bought 4 tires a month ago. They were so helpful. He explained my options, kept giving me a status since I was waiting, and I have been very pleased with my purchase.Dropped in to get new wiper blades and they helped me immediately.

I liked the friendliness.

Went to Big O Tires in Lake Forest, CA to have brake work done.The Manager, Matt, treated me wonderful.The service was perfect.Kind of surprised that I can take my Toyota Corolla to a tire store and have maintenance work done, but this store does everything.

Had an issue with our Honda... came in last minute and was helped immediately. They explained the issue, were very clear, and the price was far better than a guy nearby who quoted me on the same repair. We were out of there in no time and the car drives like new! Nice Job Big O!

The service management is still keenly focused on customer satisfaction. I had one of my vehicles in to replace the water pump, hoses, and belts. The price was fair (always compare to what you can get the parts for online), and the service was highly competitive. This is the first time I used Big O for anything other than tires, and their work matches what they've done for me before. They go out of their way to meet and exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.

My car was making noises when I turned the wheel and they had it fixed within a day.

Got me in and out in a reasonable time on a busy Sat. Adam was great in explaining some possible repairs I may need down line.

First time at Big O. Had been going to JiffyLube for many years. The service manager was great, helpful, and very nice. Will absolutely go back.

While I had an oil change and my alignment checked two weeks ago, the main purpose of this review relates to a small oil leak that I found after the oil change. I took my car back and they quickly got it inside to check why the oil was leaking. It appears the threads on the oil pan bolt were aged and the bolt was sealing tightly. They were able to tap the bolt and the problem was resolved. Great and quick fix to my problem.

I have been using Big O for 20 years.!st reason was a store in Alameda (NorCAl) helped me when I didn't have any money, he gave me a tire to keep me going. I went back from then on. #2 It seems all people in Big O are the same mentality=helping the customer. I have had the same attitude all over the state when I used to drive a lot. Oh and lastly they do good work and it's guaranteed!!!!

Casey, as always, is helpful, professional and honest. I take all my vehicles to Big O Tires for much more than just tire service.

Went over issues that were critical, things that could wait, and things to consider later. They weren't trying to sell me everything. Explained all repairs carefully. Pricing is a good value.
