Big O Tires

Was there a week ago saved me money and time glad I did

I had several services done, 2 new tires, transmission flush and new spark plugs. The employees are always nice and give me accurate information about my car and the services needed. Service was so great I posted it on Facebook!

Very good service from everyone: I was being over charged by Nissan and when I called I got an estimate that was appropriate for the work and not being over charged. And they did the work that day. Very happy with service I received.

I had to visit again for something on my car...it's always something. This time it was an easy fix, just a headlight. I like how I'm always greeted nicely and taken care of like part of the family. I won't take my car anywhere else!

They take care of what's needed on the cars and tell you what they if there's problems and works with you.

This was the first time I visited a Big O Tire Center. The staff at the Lake Forest store were great. Adam and Casey took good care of me.

My "Check Engine" light and a transmission warning message came on when I was on my way to an appointment. I called the shop and asked if I could bring it over the next day or if it was necessary I dropped it off immediately because I had somewhere I had to be in the afternoon. They said to bring it over ASAP and they'd let me know because there was a possibility I could do some real damage to the transmission. I ran it over, they hooked it up immediately, called around for the parts and had the car repaired in under three hours that day and I didn't have to alter my schedule or plans. Adam always explains everything thoroughly to me and the guys do great work. I've never had to bring anything back for corrections.

All good, the owner was friendly -the overall experience was good.
