Big O Tires

Customer service was great and their estimate of how long it would take was spot on.

I have been using Big O Tires in Lake Forest for a few years now and have both my Toyota Tacoma and Lexus ES 350 serviced here. I am able to make appointments at a convenient time for me, and the wait time is pretty close to what is promised.

We have used Big O for four cars over the years and the service has been great. They always do their best to work with our requests and give honest, affordable solutions to our car issues.

I came in to do my oil change and tire rotation and it took less than an hour.

I took my car in for its regular oil change earlier this week. Of course, I needed a part replaced and it would take two hours. Because I had my two-year-old with me, they offered to give me a ride home so she wouldn't miss her nap. They even brought my car back to me! KC and the team are so great!

Returned from a cross country car trip and needed to have a 5000 mile oil change and service.Made an appointment on Monday, went in Tuesday morning, and was out in an hour.Great service.

I use them for service of my 4 runner. They are one of the best service centers I have used. One thing they could use is better seating outside for the people waiting.

Just had to take care of a few things before i move to Texas, and the guys at the shop took care of my issues, even stayed late since it was July 4th weekend, to take care of not only my needs, but the needs of others as well on such a busy day. Kudos to all the guys at big o! Probably the only shop that has given me confidence when i drive out!

Excellent service when getting new tires and a battery. I had a quote from a few months ago with a promo and although the promo was no longer valid, they honored the quoted price.In fact, they even upgraded my tires for free!I will definitely be returning for any automotive needs.

I used them a couple weeks ago and was very happy! Friendly and professional! I used to do oil change on another business. What happened was I was having trouble with my tire and warning light coming on, I was going out of town went in there to check it out they were absolute wonderful and professional and didn't try to ripe off an older lady that doesn't know much about tires. So I plan to go back when my car needs service. Keep up the good service!
