Big O Tires

Everything good to this point. Valve stem caps were not installed.

I visited my regular Big O Tire store to make an appointment for an oil change. They were able to get me in right away. Within an hour, I was on my way.

When you find an honest mechanic, you stick with him.

There were some changes when Adam was let go and was having trouble with the customer service at this shop. My Daughter wasn't treated very nicely when she went in by her self and asked me to tag along. This time was greeted with a smile and was taken care of promptly. An oil change that used to take all day, now was done in one hour. Great improvement.

Got me in and out promptly for oil, balance and rotate. Even found me a coupon for oil change!

In overall I was happy with the service

I came in for an oil service and that was done very quickly and professionally, however, I asked to have a tire checked for a possible leak and none was found. Two days later my tire was almost flat and I brought it back and the team found a nail and patched my tire. It would have been better if this was found during my first visit.

I was in and out of fast! Matt was amazing at taking care of everything so quickly.

Was told I needed brakes - pads and rotors. Given a quote for after-market parts. When I picked up the vehicle, I asked to call me with a quote using genuine Toyota parts. Never got call.

They just loved automobiles and are willing to aid in anyway

Normally I'm very happy with Big O but this time I was disappointed that a recent tire patch did not hold, again. If the gash is too big to patch, why patch it? It had only been a couple of months that I got a tire repaired and it was slowly going flat all this time. And this is not the first time this has happened to me. Once I got a flat fixed and the tire went flat the very next morning. I've been a customer for around 15 years. I buy the tire protection plan, thankfully, whenever I get tires here. I feel like the store is just trying to save money so raises and bonuses will be big. Frankly, that puts people at risk. A gash should not be patched. So ... For me, next time I will be much more attentive to any patch job Big O wants to do on any of my tires.
