Big O Tires

Got to work this morning with a nail in my car's tire. Did a quick google search for tire shops around the area and found two. The first shop I called a couple of times, but did not get an answer. The second was Big O Tires and got a response right away with an over the phone quote. When I took the car in to their facility I was impressed with the quality of customer service this shop has, and with the cleanliness of their facility. I was able to drop off my car and go back to work and picked it up ready and fixed by lunch time. Definitely going to be back for any future tire needs.

The tech at the desk was conscientious and took care to write out (with illustration) what I wanted for the techs doing the work so there would be no misunderstanding. The work was performed correctly, and the price for the work was reasonable and fair, I had priced it elsewhere. Lastly the tech who worked on the car came in (not knowing I was the owner) to make sure all was well with it, when I was checking out. Then he spent some time speaking with me about the vehicle, which is a vintage El Camino.

Easy to schedule my alignment service. Quick service and reasonable price for the work done.

Twice in one month I had a blown out tire. The first time they were able to fix it and they were super busy but they were able to get me in. The second time, the tire was not able to be fixed. I decided to just swap all 4 out since they were getting close to being done anyways. They didn't have the tire in stock but found another store with them in stock and drove over and picked them up quite a ways away to make sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend these guys, they will take good care of you.

Actually started at store in Costa Mesa (Bristol/MacArthur). Got excellent service there and found the absolute best possible price on tires. Live in MV so called Lake Forest store to see if same deal could be had there. "Yes", so I went there. Everyone, especially the manager was really helpful. Got my truck in and out in reasonable time. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

Anthony Miranda gave me his personal cell phone and helped me with a warranty issue. He was prompt, courteous, and did everything he said he would which is extremely rare these days. He should be commended.

I have taken my car for tires to Big O In Lake Forest for a number of years. Their service is great and they normally have the best prices on tires. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Many automotive service stores can service your car (or supply you with good tires). What differentiates this Big O store is the trust I have in the store managers, Matt and Adam. They'll square with you on what really needs attention and what can wait. I've enjoyed and trusted working with them for over four years now.

The team was very responsive when I called about bringing my car in. I came in thinking I had an alignment issue but they let me know that my front brakes needed to be replaced. They were still under warranty which didn't cost me anything. My car was ready that same day.

I've been a loyal customer for 15 years and I've never had a complaint. Always my needs have been met with the highest of standards.

I love that I can call for a flat tire and they will fix it within the same day. Even if the tire is not in stock!

New tires were priced fairly. I was given a realistic time to have the work completed, which they were able to meet. There was no hard-sell on other services.
