Big O Tires

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. From the first time I brought a car here, Matt has been nothing but exceptional in his expertise, advice, and old school hard work under the hood so that my cars could be in the best shape possible. The only minor recommendation I'd give is to watch touching the cars with dirty hands a bit more, as I've picked up my cars with smudges here and there which are hard to take off. But beside this, I truly love this shop and don't plan on going anywhere else. Thanks for all your help time and time again Matt!

The sales people were accommodating and patient when I asked about all of the tire options. The desk person made it easy to speak directly with the mechanic.

Matt helped me and he was amazing!!! He explained why it is so important to get my tires rotated often and my car aligned in helping to get the life of the tire. He also explained how I can get all of that done and my oil changed all at once for much cheaper than my current oil changes. He also was extremely fair and helpful in my service that day.

Very professional. Great deal on tires for my Ford Fusion. I didn't go with Michelin so I hope I am as please with these tires. So far they seem great!

The only complaint, if you can call it that, was the air freshener in the lobby. It was rather strong.

On this visit, like usual, I run into other customers who have come to this location for years and say, just like me, that they wouldn't go anywhere else. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Kendall is wonderful. The new manager Steve is great too. And Shawn the mechanic is the best there is out there. I'm a happy customer.
