Staff always the best friendly professional and always pleasant to be there. I have been going there for at least 4 years now maybe a little more and I always go back with them. Worth the drive.

I started my morning with a flat tire, which is always a giant headache because I have low profile tires and most shops do not carry my size in stock. I called several stores and was told it would be a 2 - 3 day wait for my tire. I then called Big-O and Eric Miranda assured me he could get my tire delivered that afternoon, and have my car done by 4pm. He also quoted the tire at a great price. I took my car in for drop off and Eric was very friendly. He even took the time to look at my flat tire with me to troubleshoot why it went bad. He determined that it was just old and the inside wall started to crack. I left feeling my car was in good hands, and by 3pm I got the call telling me my car was ready. It’s always a plus when my car is done ahead of schedule. I commend this location for their friendly attitude and great service.

I recently got my brakes done at Big O Tire. Front stuff were great and helpful. Got all the parts in and ready to go first thing at the appointment day. Eric was the technician who worked on my car and I watched him closely. He was very meticulous and thoroughly cleaned the parts and installed them and made sure all the parts were working properly. I was quoted for about 2 hours but was done in 1h10m. Big O Thanks to Eric.

I did my appt same day and was in and out very fast and staff was very friendly

Ron and Eric are really helpful and great at explaining everything about my car in simple to understand terms. They take care to remember me and my car and I never EVER feel the annoying to pressure to buy services I don't need like other mechanics.

I love Big O Tires. Very friendly and will never spend unnecessary money there. I went the to get my brakes changed and after looking at them they told me no need and the brakes were just fine. They could've just told me anything. They go above and beyond. I would refer anybody to them!!! Great job to them!!

Had to replace a tire after a road hazard blow out on a 13hrs drive home. walked in explained the situation and was next on the rack for the replacement and was able to get back on the road within a half hour

Quick service. Cool customer service by the service staff. The location also offer plenty of available parking space.

I buy my tires here and get my vehicle repairs, oil changes and even lamps replaced. They do it right and right quick! Big o tires in Glendale, Ca is an amazing store. I literally drove around town and visited 4 other shops and then went here, their prices are cheaper then all the others shops for brake service. The staff is knowledgeable about cars and maintenance.I will definitely be back for some tires.
