I usually don't write reviews but I felt it deserved it. The guy who helped me was able to match the price of my previous tires. Things are tight and I'm only able to afford 2 tires at a time. Besides that he was very friendly and fast

I have had oil changes, alignments, brakes/rotors and general inspections done on three vehicles here since I moved to Bakersfield and I have had

l appreciated the time, attention, and care given when I took my car in to patch my tire. They explained in detail the process and outcomes when I first walked in and then when I returned to pick up my car. I did not receive the same service from another shop down the road and appreciated the transparency and integrity. The other shop said $500 for a new tire and after my research and second opinion I visited Big O Tires only to receive excellent service and honesty from Xavier and Jonathan.
