Great customer service

A few weeks ago I called for an appointment to get my tire plugged after waking up to a flat tire from running over a nail. They said to come right in. The gentlemen working that day went out of their way to provide extraordinary service. They went above and beyond, even helping me get to work in a blizzard. They made my life so much easier in a very stressful time (I work in healthcare and was trying to get to work ASAP). I'll definitely go back to Big O Tires at this location!! Big thanks again!!

Team was professional and friendly. I thought I would have to make a separate appointment, but they were able to take care of the slow leak in the tire that day. They showed me the culprit and patched the tire within 30 minutes. And the price was right too :) Thank you Big O!
