Big O Tires

I bought new tires at Big O on Union in Lakewood, CO, last fall, had two patches their after picking up a couple of nails from house remodeling, and just had them rotate my tires and do oil change. Each time I've been there they have been courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Good experiences all around.

The customer service was superb. From my first encounter with Grant and finishing with Breck, the friendliness and service was great. They both explained services to be provided and services performed. I'm pretty sure they treat their technicians with as much kindness as they show their customers, thus the great service.

I was pleased with the service (tire rotation and oil change), recommendations for future needs, and the timeliness of the work.

Associate pointed me in right direction to source parts and they were able to get me squared away and back on the road right away. Great crew! Watch out for potholes out there

Great place, I recommend this place and plan on returning for anything else I need.

All the staff were on point from the minute I walked in the door. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and service was faster than the time they suggested. I’ve been there before to get my pickup worked on and had a very positive experience. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced there as well as recommend Big-O-Tires to friends and family. It was a nice change coming into Big O. No pressure to get 20 different services when I only needed an oil change. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

The team was kind, fast, and did a great job!

I came in to get a tire repaired. They were pleasant and helpful. While I was waiting for the repair I heard several conversations with customers and they were always courteous and tried to assist. I am new to the area and since they offer more than just tire services and with such a great experience I'll be back for other automotive needs.

Was able to book appointment the for the next day. Every was explained to my satisfaction and was able to pick up car same day. Liked the tires.

I came in for a tire repair, and it was completed in less than one hour! Previously I had attempted to get it fixed 3 separate times at other repair shops, so Big-O definitely helped!

I experienced a slow leak in a tire. Was told by the dealer, firstly they didn't find anything, but wanted to charge me $784. for an alignment. The service representative ran a test for me, nada. Was so pleased and relieved. Devin was amazing. He was informative and friendly. His customer service was above and beyond. 🤗

I had a slowly deflating tire. The associates at Big O Tires provided prompt service and fixed the issue. And they did it free of charge!!!

Brian at you store is the best. He always tells me what is needed and has a plan of action. I have been a customer at this location for several years. Never a problem that was not resolved to my satisfaction.

Breck did a great job

I typically go to a different big o but when my usual place was at a 5 hour wait, I called around. This location said "come on by!" I waited no more than 10 minutes. They were fast and friendly. I will gladly go back to this store next time as well!
