I have a great deal of respect for this store as the people who work there remember me AND continued to work until the problem was solved.I will deal with no other store when it comes to the care and maintenance of my wheels. Thank you for being there for me!

They were able to take care of a flat tire right away for me I left it so that I can go take care of other things and picked it up later on in the day.

Need to get my car fixed. Brian and crew checked it out, and we found the problem, needed tires. They got it done fast and with no issues. Glad to have a place to take my car when it has issues, and I trust them. Well Done guys

Professional, friendly, honest in recommendations. Peaceful easy going wait, didn’t feel any stress from the environment. Tires chosen w/rebate, alignment done seeing wear in tires, brakes inspected and explained. They were able to get me in same morning and completed the work in no time. Trust is important for tires and bakes. I will be telling others of this experience in the near future.

Brian is always so helpful and very polite ... he always takes the time to explain what they need to do and why ..I don't feel that he is trying to "sell" a service that is not needed.

Every time I come in there, the employees are amazing.they explain everything to in detail what's going on with my car. They explain the numbers so I don't have any questions about my payment. My car always gets fixed in a timely manner. I will only go to that big o. I've recommended this location to several people. They really do make sure my car is safe for me.

I was late to my appointment due to my tire going flat. When I showed up late the guys were super nice and still got me in and they were able to fix my flat in a timely manor. So thankful. Very nice group of guys.

Brian and Chris took great care getting my son's new tires but on his car. They went the extra mile and showed us how to change our own cabin air filters. This will save us money in the future and we appreciate their taking the time to help us. As usual, we received 1st rate service.

Everyone was professional and friendly. The wait time was a bit shorter than originally thought. When someone came in after me and pressured then to take him first, they quoted the same tune they had told me. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back! I have purchased several sets of tires from Big O - and have also had routine services completed on my car.Each time, the staff has been pleasant, told me ahead of time what to expect regarding price and time of completion of work.
