I have a great deal of respect for this store as the people who work there remember me AND continued to work until the problem was solved.I will deal with no other store when it comes to the care and maintenance of my wheels. Thank you for being there for me!

Great job. Appt was at 8:00am. Not in til almost 9.

Need to get my car fixed. Brian and crew checked it out, and we found the problem, needed tires. They got it done fast and with no issues. Glad to have a place to take my car when it has issues, and I trust them. Well Done guys

I doubt if I'm their biggest or best customer but they always get things done just like they say they will. Prices are fair and the quality is high so I'll be back.

Associates were nice and knowledgeable. Called me to confirm the correct size of my tires, associate was correct in thinking I had reserved the wrong size. When lugs snapped off they clearly explained my options and pricing.

Brian is always so helpful and very polite ... he always takes the time to explain what they need to do and why ..I don't feel that he is trying to "sell" a service that is not needed.

Staff was very knowledgeable and took care of my needs. Everyone was very professional. Service was fast and they went above and beyond to get my new tires to the shop and installed. Thank you guys!!

Being someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, it can be scary to take my car somewhere and know that people are being honest about everything. I didn't have a single negative thought during the entire appointment, and I didn't have to second guess anything they said. I fully trust them with my car and know I am getting the best deal. My car is running so smoothly now. So grateful for the Big O Team!

Brian and Chris took great care getting my son's new tires but on his car. They went the extra mile and showed us how to change our own cabin air filters. This will save us money in the future and we appreciate their taking the time to help us. As usual, we received 1st rate service.

I have purchased several sets of tires from Big O - and have also had routine services completed on my car.Each time, the staff has been pleasant, told me ahead of time what to expect regarding price and time of completion of work.

Dropped it off Sunday evening. Had an appointment for Tuesday morning and it was done Monday before 11 AM.
