I dropped my car off service and to get new tires, the tech were amazing and very friendly!They got the job done in the time they said it was going to take and at a very reasonable price.Would highly recommend these guys!

Were honest, told me what would happen if I didn't and helped me find the best possible price on tires that needed to be replaced without busting the budget.

Breck and Jason were very willing to assist with a screw in my tire all the way to resolution. While there they were also able to get my Brakes replaced the same day within 1.5 hours of closing. The techs are knowledgeable and confident in their skills, which gives me confidence in them.

Fast service, I was in and out and the staff was very pleasant and I got done everything I needed to for my car.

Breck and Grant, the two representatives that I talked to about the tires I needed and bought, really explained the best tires for my SUV ( once I decuddd on Michelins). Overall great experience.

Needed tires for an older car. Manager was extremely helpful with information on appropriate tires for that age car. There was a tie rod issue which was fully explained.Appreciated the look-over of the belts, etc.-- gave me confidence on what could wait and what to keep an eye. For the tires and tie rod, time was of the essence of course, and the folks at this Big O were extremely helpful. Top-notch customer service.
