Big O Tires

My wife and I have taken all three of ours cars here. Great service and fair prices. These guys are the only ones we trust with our vehicles.

Always a pleasant experience at this Big O location. Front desk is always helpful and puts the customer first. I have yet to have bad service and have full trust dropping off my vechicle here. From tires to repairs and everything in between, these guys are my go to.

Associates were nice and knowledgeable. Called me to confirm the correct size of my tires, associate was correct in thinking I had reserved the wrong size. When lugs snapped off they clearly explained my options and pricing.

I thought they did a great job. I hadn't been expecting to change my battery out during my oil change, but they showed me the battery test results, also the battery was 4 1/2 years old and I'd been having problems with a weak charge in the charging ports of the vehicle. They did the oil change, battery replacement, and tire rotation within 35 minutes. Very impressed. Staff was also friendly and knowledgeable.

Breck and the crew always treat us great with any explanations if needed.

I was really happy to be recognized after only having been in one time. I was taken care of quickly, and with confidence knowing the problem was resolved.

I've had one less than great experience here before but that was the exception as almost every other visit is very quick, professional and it really seems like the guys here care and always try to help out however they can.

Being someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, it can be scary to take my car somewhere and know that people are being honest about everything. Dropped it off Sunday evening. Had an appointment for Tuesday morning and it was done Monday before 11 AM.

The staff are always friendly and willing to assist. We always feel our service was honest and professional when we leave, which keeps us coming back.

Breck Howard was so friendly, helpful and made my day better after getting a flat tire. I will definitely recommend this store.
