Big O Tires

I always use them to change my oil and for my tires.

I just like Big O cuz a lot of the employees have been there for years as far as management goes like Breck he's a really good guy he should get a raise!

They got me in for a flat tire when Big-O-Tire of Evergreen couldn't fix it for 2 days! (BTW, Big-O of Evergreen is TERRIBLE!..no way Ashley should be in a customer service position) Excellent service and speed of repair! Good job Brian!

I researched buying a set of 4 tires on the website. The information it asked of me about my current tires was very thorough so I knew I was ordering the right size. I reserved an appointment online which was confirmed. When I brought my car in to the Big O store, my car was taken in right away and I was out the door within 45 minutes with a new set of tires including a needed alignment.

As a woman, it's easy to feel like I could be taken advantage of at a place like this, but these guys operate with so much integrity and honesty that I've never had to worry about that here! Big O has always been able to handle drop ins when I have had vehicle problems. I have been going to this store for over 20yrs. The managers always provide competitive pricing. When I have a question to the repair and unable to answer my questions, they make their mechanic available to explain why the repair needs to be done.

I have taken over maintenance of my mom's car after my dad died. Big O Tires was very helpful as we navigate these uncharted waters. I felt valued even though I am a bit clueless.

Quick and easy

Had a nail in tire. Went in Saturday morning as a walk in. Hour later tire fixed, out the door, and no charge, just part of their service. Why I like Big O

I got a good set of tires for a fairly decent price

I was able to get new tires and an oil change/winterizing check all in one afternoon. And everyone with whom I came in contact was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I came in for a tire rotation, and it turned out to be much less time involved than they had originally thought.
