Big O Tires

I've been a Big O customer for years now but this was my first time at the store in Lakewood. They were great! They saw a few of us waiting so they opened the doors early. I was getting a new tire and they had me on my way in 30 minutes! Thanks, guys!

I researched buying a set of 4 tires on the website. The information it asked of me about my current tires was very thorough so I knew I was ordering the right size. I reserved an appointment online which was confirmed. When I brought my car in to the Big O store, my car was taken in right away and I was out the door within 45 minutes with a new set of tires including a needed alignment.

I had a nail in my tire. They took care of it for free in less time than it took me to walk to Starbucks and back. I don't WANT to have car service issues, but it gives me peace of mind to know that there is such a great shop right in my neighborhood. Thanks again for your help!

The guys at Big O are always so reassuring to work with. As a woman, it's easy to feel like I could be taken advantage of at a place like this, but these guys operate with so much integrity and honesty that I've never had to worry about that here! I've been in at least a dozen times, and each time I'm treated with respect and integrity. I'm so grateful this business is here!

Very quick Service, very professional attitude and Work

Big O has always been able to handle drop ins when I have had vehicle problems. I have been going to this store for over 20yrs. The managers always provide competitive pricing. When I have a question to the repair and unable to answer my questions, they make their mechanic available to explain why the repair needs to be done.

Quick and easy

Whenever something happens that I dont like they go above and beyond to fix the problem. I love this service shop.

Always a great experience. The dude victor at the front was awesome. He had a huge line first thing in the morning and got them all taken care of with an expert level of costumer service.

I have been a devoted long time .... 20+ year patron of this Big O. I've always been treated well and will continue my business with this store (even though I have a very good friend who owns many other stores). I am now a disabled senior on a very tight fixed income and if possible, I would be grateful for some discounts on future products and service. Keep up the great work and quality employees.

Very quick service. They do what they say and make the process very transparent. It seems no matter how busy they get they can still take care of you as soon as you need them to.

Eddie was helpful, I was able to drop off my vehicle early for my noise issue in the front of the engine. Received a call early with the diagnosis. I was texted when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Excellent service, highly satisfied.
