Appreciate the excellent communication by Brian and team in fixing my car! They did a great job diagnosing that a mouse was caught in my fan & that was causing the horrible noise & smell. Thank you again.

The technician also discovered that my rear drivers side brake system was inoperable. So rear bake system needed servicing also. I was glad that it was able to be service same day.

There's a lot of options on where to buy a tire and then a lot of options on what tire to buy. After shopping around I was confident Josh and the rest of the team at Big O Lakewood were my go to. Josh spent enough time going over several tires to be sure that I was happy with my purchase! He went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied! Great team and great new tires.

I bought new tires from Costco, and since they don’t do alignments, I made an appointment here. During this, Eddie discovered that my shocks were entirely blown. I had no idea. He made time for me right then to replace them, and went out of his way to price match so I got an even better deal. This made a very stressful situation a lot easier. Thank you so much!!

Drew, It is so nice to hear the store manager answer the phone professionally. Doesn't sound like a big deal. But it really is. Chris answers this way, ' good morning, big o tires, Chris speaking, how may I help you? ' Perfect, customer feels welcomed. The reason I bring this up. Today's young adults are so used to texting, they forget manners and it usually comes out this way in their greeting. (Name only) ie: Chris. I came in without an appointment for a low tire. The associates checked for a leakand tire damage but could not find anything. The valve stem was replaced and the tire remounted. I was charged nothing for this service which I find rather unbelievable!

I brought my new (to me) car in for an oil change & the front desk guys looked up what other maintenance I needed to have done on it. The technicians checked everything over & reported its clean status. I appreciate the friendly & thorough service. Thank you!
