Victor was extremely helpful and my service was great. I will definitely be returning and I would suggest this location to anyone in the area.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Showed me the dirty air filter that needed to be replaced.

I called for an appointment to get a brake light fixed along with an oil change. They said to come right in. I did, and there was no wait. Victor was courteous and informative and did not try to talk me in to anything extra. Instead, he listed all the free services I would get, such as tire rotation, battery check, and fluid refills. They found some other things that will require service in the future, such as brakes. Those were listed on my invoice when I finished, along with the price for each service. There was no pressure to get them done now. I'll definitely go back to Big O Tires at this location.

Was able to easily drop my car off and have the team look it over to assure me of issues it was having.

Victor and Lorenzo were great to work with, accepeted my coupon, gave me an accurate time line on when my truck would be ready, and checked me out as soon as my vehicle was done. I plan to be back soon w. my 1985 CJ to have the alignment and shocks inspected.

The staff helpfully advised me that my car issue was in fact user error on my part and did not charge me for the time spent looking at my car issue.

I didn't have an appointment for an oil change but I needed one. I walked in and these guys were so nice! They took my vehicle back within 5 minutes of my arrival, offered me coffee and got to work. I'll be back!

Have been to other stores and extremely disappointed. This location is always exceptional, the employees are friendly, and I always feel confident that I am not getting ripped off! I asked to have my filters checked, and was told they were not that dirty so they shook them out and did not need to replace at this time. They could have easily charged me for new ones! This is why I go way out of my war to bring my car here for service. Keep up the great work!

I had a blow out right before closing, but they hurried and got me back on the road anyway. I truly appreciate the effort they always put out for me, the knowledge and the time needed, everytime I need their services! And, it seems to be an emergency (to me) everytime I need their help! They are always there for me! Therefore, I will continue to be a good customer!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They even offered to give me a ride home because I had to leave my car over night.
