Big O Tires

I had an awesome experience at the Big O in Lakewood. They were very helpful, upfront and honest about what they were working on. Brian was great. He asked the right questions and repeated my problems with my car back to me to ensure that we were on the same page. I really feel taken care of after my experience. I have been buying tires there for years, but now I'm going to be visiting for literally any other service they offer to complete on my Cadillac because I know they will do a good job.

They did what I asked and they seemed to know what they were talking about.

Chris and his team are honestly a group of SOLID guys. They have helped me out of some sticky situations here lately and I really trust their judgement. This is the only shop our family uses and as long as this team here we are going to continue to use this service shop.

Even though they had to decline my scheduled appointment due to high customer numbers, they were still able to get my tires put on the next day & while having to wait for the tires to be delivered. I was beyond grateful

Unfortunately had to have a rather expensive repair done to my car. I got in same day, work was done in one day. Problem seems to be fixed. I have had other big ticket repairs at Big O and have always been satisfied. Oh"�and I get my tires there too.

I’ve had poor experiences with other mechanics and chains in the past, but this was the absolutely BEST customer service and the best mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had. From setting my appointment to knowing what to expect as far as timing, cost, and wait, there wasn’t a moment where I was not in the loop of what needed to be done for my car. I walked in stressed out trying to get everything taken care of in preparation for a cross country move a few days after my appointment, but from the moment I walked in the care I received, the communication, and the excellent customer experience I was given even during a clearly busy day, made this part of my prep very stress free and wonderful. As a person who has worked in customer service for over twenty years, I know awesome service and I sincerely appreciate the help and service I was given by Justin (the manager) and would absolutely keep coming to this store specifically for any car needs moving forward.

Brought my car in due to a flat. They quickly got me checked in. The waiting area was clean and well maintained. Even though it was a busy morning, the tire repair was done quickly.
