Big O Tires

I had an awesome experience at the Big O in Lakewood. They were very helpful, upfront and honest about what they were working on. Brian was great. He asked the right questions and repeated my problems with my car back to me to ensure that we were on the same page. I really feel taken care of after my experience. I have been buying tires there for years, but now I'm going to be visiting for literally any other service they offer to complete on my Cadillac because I know they will do a good job.

Great place to get your car worked on. This is the only repair shop I take my car to for mechanical work.

Chris and his team are honestly a group of SOLID guys. They have helped me out of some sticky situations here lately and I really trust their judgement. This is the only shop our family uses and as long as this team here we are going to continue to use this service shop.

I came from Greeley for a project and had a low tire pressure come on. I stopped in Big O on Union without an appointment. They were busy. Dylan saw my panic and asked me if I needed help. I explained and he promptly got the gage out and checked all 4 tires and filled the tires as needed. It was a huge piece of mind for me to not have to worry on my drive home. Unfortunately had to have a rather expensive repair done to my car. I got in same day, work was done in one day. Problem seems to be fixed. I have had other big ticket repairs at Big O and have always been satisfied. Oh"�and I get my tires there too.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very fast service for getting new tires mounted and a wheel alignment. A little confusion using the online appointment scheduler, but nothing serious.
