I’ve had poor experiences with other mechanics and chains in the past, but this was the absolutely BEST customer service and the best mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had. From setting my appointment to knowing what to expect as far as timing, cost, and wait, there wasn’t a moment where I was not in the loop of what needed to be done for my car. I walked in stressed out trying to get everything taken care of in preparation for a cross country move a few days after my appointment, but from the moment I walked in the care I received, the communication, and the excellent customer experience I was given even during a clearly busy day, made this part of my prep very stress free and wonderful. As a person who has worked in customer service for over twenty years, I know awesome service and I sincerely appreciate the help and service I was given by Justin (the manager) and would absolutely keep coming to this store specifically for any car needs moving forward.

When I had a major breakdown over Labor Day weekend, I worried that it would break the bank. I also feared that coming off of a long weekend I might not see my car returned for a long time. I can't tell you what a welcome surprise it was to have my car back the same day I brought it in and learn that the work it needed was covered by warranty. These guys REALLY stand by their work.
