Consistently awesome service from the Green Mountain Big O Tires store. I have been coming here for over 20 years and have always had great service and the best value for my money.

The people is why I aways go back to this location, so friendly and helpful and the head mechanic is so trustworthy

I had a tire that was going flat and since I bought them from Big O they fixed it quickly. I will continue to purchase tires from them. They give good service and the price is right.

I purchase the additional coverage when I bought my tires. So, when my new tire was low I brought the car in. I was given a ride to work and my tire was quickly repaired (small nail). Hassle free. Good service is a rarity...Big O got it right.

Professional and friendly service. Was treated with great care and comfort in a time of semi-crisis (we hit a pot hole on I-70, ruining our tire). Highly recommend, Brian was great.

Staff was friendly and approachable. They did not hold back on what they were checking for and rough estimates for cost and time. Very communicative about costs, wants vs. Needs for the car. And checked every step that we were ok with what they would do.

Excellent customer service

I called and spoke to Wes on Tuesday.Told him I needed an appointment for Wednesday. He was able to look up my previous tire purchase, and I told him I wanted the same ones again. When they got my car up for the tires they found my brakes were bad. He took me in to show me them, so I also had the brakes done. It was going to take awhile so I told Wes I was going to go eat and he texted me to let me know when it was done. Great customer service!

I have been going to my local store for years. It has never failed that the service has been performed quickly, on time and perfectly, even without an appointment! Highly recommended.
