Big O Tires

I had a tire blow-out. The tire was under warranty. Big-O replaced the tire. Great service, quick, and done right.

Very professional and took very good care of my car. Very satisfied with the service I received and very happy my car was done the day of the service.

The rep who helped me recommended the exact tire I had looked at online, rather than trying to upsell me. The work was completed in 1/25th of the time I expected, I couldn't believe how fast they were. Awesome store.

They explained everything well and got me in to get my tire changed as soon as they could. They changed my tire in less than 30 minutes.

One of my tires had a leak and it was fixed properly, rotated my tires as well, the balance was still good.

I received excellent service on June 3rd, 2017. Joshua was very helpful throughout my experience at Big O. Turns out I only needed an oil change . I appreciated the fact that after a 22 point check of my car he gave it a clean bill of health and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Fixed the four issues with my vehicle in a timely matter.

I live in Winter Park and just came down for the day to get my snow tires put on. I went to a competitor first and it was going to be a 4-5 hour wait. I didn't have any other form of transportation or anyone to pick me up so I called Big O. Christian was great as he told me to come over and he'd slip me next in line. I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait. I walked to lunch and returned within the hour to the pleasant surprise that my car was already done! Thanks Christian and Big O for making my day!

I didn't have to wait weeks or months for an appointment. All was explained to me on what they were going to do and price. Was told about my front breaks needed to be changed. Yes I got those done. Thanks for all your help, Victor, Wes and Allen.
