I called for a last minute oil change and they worked me in quickly! They also let me know my car was going to be due for a fluid inspection but didn't pressure me in any way or come up with twelve things to fix. Always a good experience here!

The guys did a great job

My daughter referred me to Big O and I was so glad she did. The crew there made me feel so welcomed, the wait time was reasonable and they did a great job on my vehicle. I originally went for tires but ended up having another job done on my car, they were honest about it and explained everything in terms I could understand. I will now be taking my car there for oil changes as well in the future. Thank you Big O for making my experience a great one. Your whole crew deserves thumbs up.

A nice group of guys. Very pleasant and all very informative. Only issue was rebate was not as much as we were told. Were told the rebate was $140.00 and actually it was $70.00

Very nice. Cost, after shopping around most reasonable. Wes, the man that helped me was about 15 ft. away off & on for over an hour was extremely busy but he handled dozens of people with kindness & good humor. All responding in kind. Even those he couldn't help.

I had four ATV tires that I bought online mounted on my existing rims. I called. They told me no appointment necessary. I showed up. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, unloading all the tires and wheels. They listened to my specific requests and actually made it happen! They called me about 90 minutes later.....all done. They did it right and the price was very fair. If they have any negatives, it's their cramped parking and small property. It can be tough to find a place to put your vehicle. But it's a price I'll pay. I'll be using this Big O location for my future service needs.
