Big O Tires

Brian, and his staff were very professional and explained what my vehicle needs besides tires. I think at this point my vehicle was properly addressed with not only the tires, but the brakes and the struts. I know my wife is very happy with her vehicle.....and that makes my job a lot easier! My hat's off to the staff at Big O Tires. And I appreciate the assistance of Matt Story!!

The PSI on one tire was extremely low. I was concerned that I might damage the tire if I drove it. Wes (person who answered the phone) assured me that it would not damage the tire and to bring it on in. I had to wait for it and they did a great job. Really impressed with the service and the personnel. Will definitely go back for future problems and/or new tires as needed.

Called from out of state to have tires put on my daughter's car and the service and professionalism was superb. She arrived and Cory continued with the customer service, the quote given is what I paid. Highly recommend!! 5 star service all the way.

Drew was informative and was not condescending. I purchased the tires he suggested and am very pleased with the tires performance on the road. You offer a diverse selection of magazines which I utilized since it took time for my tires to be mounted.

Wesley was wonderful. He was courteous and kind and took great care of my vehicle. They kept me informed and offers me coffee while I waited. Lovely experience!! I’m coming back for new tires when I need them for sure!

Wesley the gentleman that appeared to be in charge was amazingly courteous and professional. His personality and friendliness seemed very genuine. It's so very nice to experience true customer service again. Enormous kudos to Wesley, he made the experience one that will bring me back to that location as long as he is there and it's 4 hours away from me.

I had a nail in my tire, very visible and super easy. The guys were awesome. Took care of me like I was buying the most expensive tires in the place. Fixed the flat for free. Couldn't be more impressed an will be buying my next set of tires from them!

Friendly helpful

The team patched a slow leak - I assumed there was a charge (and I would have been happy to pay!) but I was just wished a great weekend saying they’d earn my money next time I needed a service!
