arrived half hour before you opened and someone still came out to greet me. car was ready when promised.

I have a friends car who had a flat tire ... I brought the car to the store and It was fixed el pronto which exceeded my expectations because the store was extremely busy. Kudo's to Big O for fast service!

I bought snow tires from these guys and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive one, they suggested a similar tire that would work just as well. Very courteous and did a good job.

Great customer service! Had to get a tire repaired without an appointment, and even though I had to wait on my car longer than expected, I think that’s just the era we live in now. And when I went to get it, I wasn’t charged for the repair! That was great service.

Josh and Brian were so honest, helpful and prompt with taking care of my car! I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars for my car repairs, but luckily there were just small fixes and I paid way less than I expected to! I would recommend them to anyone needing honest mechanics!

Up front about price and service.

I did not have an appointment, but I was immediately greeted and assisted with a battery check. Good thing I stopped as my battery was on its last legs. While the store did not have the battery in stock, they called their supplier, had it delivered, and my car was finished within 20 minutes. Great service!
