The techs as well as front end employees are very knowledgeable and did there job. Two qualities that are hard to find nowadays.

Brian the manager was awesome. He is very customer service oriented, has wonderful communication skills. He is attentive and curtious. He explained everything including different options. The service was done quickly and I had my car back within just a few hours. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will refer him and Big O to family and friends. I will definitely continue to do business with Brian and Big O.Thank you Brian for making this tire buying experience excellent. Thank you to all the employees that worked on my vehicle. As a side note, my mother in law is hard of hearing. Brian picked up on that and made sure he spoke loudly and in her direction. We appreciate that. At one point she thought she lost one of her hearing aids in the parking lot. Brian stepped up and searched the parking lot and store area for it. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated. They were the cheapest in town for my tires and had them in stock.

When I called this location to schedule brake service on my pick up, I was quite surprised when Victor told me that if I brought it in immediately they could get started on it. True to his word my truck received a full brake service, oil change and a new battery in less than four hours! I had avoided big O tires for a very long time due to bad service in a different city, but this location at second and Union has absolutely earned my trust and patronage.

The men at this location are amazing! I just moved from Colorado Springs and I immediately felt so at home and welcomed. They really took care of me and are such nice, warm people. So grateful!
