Big O Tires

Brian, and his staff were very professional and explained what my vehicle needs besides tires. I think at this point my vehicle was properly addressed with not only the tires, but the brakes and the struts. I know my wife is very happy with her vehicle.....and that makes my job a lot easier! My hat's off to the staff at Big O Tires. And I appreciate the assistance of Matt Story!!

Drew was informative and was not condescending. I purchased the tires he suggested and am very pleased with the tires performance on the road. You offer a diverse selection of magazines which I utilized since it took time for my tires to be mounted.

When I called this location to schedule brake service on my pick up, I was quite surprised when Victor told me that if I brought it in immediately they could get started on it. True to his word my truck received a full brake service, oil change and a new battery in less than four hours! I had avoided big O tires for a very long time due to bad service in a different city, but this location at second and Union has absolutely earned my trust and patronage.
