Big O Tires

I called them about 7:30a.m. to see if they had the tires that fit my Expedition, I didn't know the size off the top of my head. Brian told me they have them in stock in the Big Foot AT that I wanted. I asked if I could come in about noon to have them installed. He stated that the tires had my name on them and to just come in. When I arrived Chris greeted me and I told him that I had called earlier and spoken to Brian. He knew EXACTLY what I needed and that they would get right on it. I was impressed with this after poor experiences at other tire shops!! I will recommend this Big O to all my co-workers(we all drive a lot)

Oil change and tire rotation done quickly-thank you! Even repaired a puncture, that I didn't know was there, for free!
