Tires listed on the site were not stocked in the warehouse. This means I had to get a tire I did not want at a higher price.

I was visiting the are on business and my low tire warning light as I was parking in the motel lot that evening. I called Big O on S. Union Blvd in Lakewood first thing Tuesday morning.. They told me to com on over. I had a very reasonable wait, considering that I had no appointment. They checked all my tires and instead of just adding air to the tire that was slightly low, they pulled the tire and checked for leaks. They found an old patch on the inside of the tire that was starting to come off. They replaced the patch and soon had me on my way. I expected to pay, since I had not purchased the tires from ANY Big O outlet (and definitely not theirs), but they charged me nothing! What service!. I'm just sorry I don't remember their names so I could specifically note them in this review.

Ease of scheduling, pricing and overall service.

I arrived earlier than my appointment and they got started early. They did exactly what I asked and didn't try to push additional purchases on me. It was very straight forward. Sometimes after I've had my car worked on and pay a hefty bill I leave feeling slightly sick and taken advantage of. I did not not get any of that with my visit. I had an oil change, four new tires, and new wipers. They did the work quick too!

I was expecting to wait around an hour for my car to have 4 new tires put on but it only took 39 minutes.

I absolutely love the staff at this location. I've been going here for years and can always count on a honest assessment of my car. The staff is knowledgeable about what you need for where your driving takes you. Their prices beat competitors every time and the timeliness is outstanding. Thanks Big O.

Victor is the epitome of a class-act. he treats customers fairly and is honest. most times i refer people to him, not the store. his employees are not always representative of his professionalism

I've settled on this team about 12 years ago for all things related to tires. If you have a special need, they bust their adz working with you. They know their stuff, bother to remember your name. Over the years, I've come to really trust them.
