I have a friends car who had a flat tire ... I brought the car to the store and It was fixed el pronto which exceeded my expectations because the store was extremely busy. Kudo's to Big O for fast service!

They are always professional, super friendly and I have never felt pressured to purchase services that I don’t need. They are really great!

Have used this store for many years for tires on several cars over years with great service.

I bought snow tires from these guys and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive one, they suggested a similar tire that would work just as well. Very courteous and did a good job.

I always get great service when I go to this location. The issues and pricing with my vehicle is always explained to me. The customer service is amazing. Communication is absolutely wonderful. I never have to ask questions because they are always detailed with what needs to get done and what they recommend.

Loved these guys! No problems and I got my work done while I waited. Only thing was that it was so f’ing hot I almost melted and they didn’t have any air.

Very friendly and accommodating to fit their schedule to fit my needs. Issues in our cars rideability were improved significantly. Weird noises that others tried to fix disappeared after your crew did their thing. Thanks a bunch.

I can not speak highly enough about the team at Union & Alameda. Every time I have gone in there they have been helpful and very accommodating. My last trip there was a bit of an emergency for me as I was busy moving and my truck tire picked up a literal cross necklace and went flat very quickly. Not only were they able to get me in immediately but they were able to fix another issue I had been having. The team there is incredible, and should be used as the example that all other stores should follow. I'm very grateful

Josh and Brian were so honest, helpful and prompt with taking care of my car! I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars for my car repairs, but luckily there were just small fixes and I paid way less than I expected to! I would recommend them to anyone needing honest mechanics!

It’s my neighborhood tire place, I trust their service and expertise. Never disappointed. Excellent and dependable.

I did not have an appointment, but I was immediately greeted and assisted with a battery check. Good thing I stopped as my battery was on its last legs. While the store did not have the battery in stock, they called their supplier, had it delivered, and my car was finished within 20 minutes. Great service!

The service representatives are always easy to talk to and explain everything very well. They always find a way to accommodate my schedule as well. Much appreciated.
