Drew provided extremely excellent customer service as always. I will only buy my tires from Big O Lakewood Union Blvd because of the great team that works there. Always fast, friendly and on time with their promises.

I has a screw in my tire and the guys at Big O were super helpful at repairing my tire, and they did it for free! There was a coupon on their website. The guys there were super fast and very friendly. I am definitely going there again!

I always get great service when I go to this location. The issues and pricing with my vehicle is always explained to me. The customer service is amazing. Communication is absolutely wonderful. I never have to ask questions because they are always detailed with what needs to get done and what they recommend.

I can not speak highly enough about the team at Union & Alameda. Every time I have gone in there they have been helpful and very accommodating. My last trip there was a bit of an emergency for me as I was busy moving and my truck tire picked up a literal cross necklace and went flat very quickly. Not only were they able to get me in immediately but they were able to fix another issue I had been having. The team there is incredible, and should be used as the example that all other stores should follow. I'm very grateful

Tires are great. Service good & technician told me of ball joint issue before alignment. Said would take care of when replaced. Recommended replacement first. Appreciate the honesty. And told me to bring truck back when done, as I did not have the $$ to have you guys do it. Taking care of the problem this weekend and hopefully can get a free or discounted alignment upon return. I purchase over $1000 tires & even the service road hazard agreement on each tire. Thanks!
