Tire puncture repair. Quick and courteous service! They had it repaired and I was on my way within 1/2 hour. They seemed very busy at the time too, so the turn around was better than expected. Great job!

I have been going to this particular Big O for 20yrs. There employees are always friendly and work to provide me with the best care not the most expensive. I travel a lot and they take care of my wife and son when there are issues, without overcharging. Great team.

My college student daughter had a flat at her campus a few miles away from Big O. We brought the flat into the busy shop on a Saturday and were told they'd have it done quickly and call us. Two days later I called and was told the tire was done and since no one notified us...they ZERO'D out the charges! Wow! Great customer service! As a Mom way up here in Minnesota...I'm glad there are great services like Big O so close to my daughter! Thanks Chris- you Rock!

I like the quality of the workers that are in the shop.

Victor and the other staff were very friendly, honest, and quick to respond to my needs. I've had to return to the shop a couple times after buying new tires due to flats and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes, all while having friendly conversations when not assisting other customers.

Absolutely fantastic shop with Drew and his crew. I moved to Colorado in 2010 and have found it difficult to find a mechanic that I would go back to, let alone refer anyone else to.
