Big O Tires

As always, service was wonderful

We have used Big O for several years at a couple locations. The people are always congenial, always helpful and always efficient. I use this location because it is close to my house. If I have questions they can always answer them. This time, I arrived and was told they were backed up and it might be 1-2 hours before they got to me. Crud but I had a book and said I could wait. I was in for a tire leak and rotation. I was out in less than an hour. Even better was that there was no charge. I have never had a bad experience at Big O, always great!

Great Service

Was able to refix my tires that were incorrectly fixed by another store.

Brian the manager was awesome. He is very customer service oriented, has wonderful communication skills. He is attentive and curtious. He explained everything including different options. The service was done quickly and I had my car back within just a few hours. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will refer him and Big O to family and friends. I will definitely continue to do business with Brian and Big O.Thank you Brian for making this tire buying experience excellent. Thank you to all the employees that worked on my vehicle. As a side note, my mother in law is hard of hearing. Brian picked up on that and made sure he spoke loudly and in her direction. We appreciate that. At one point she thought she lost one of her hearing aids in the parking lot. Brian stepped up and searched the parking lot and store area for it. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated. I have been bringing all of my vehicles to this big O location for about 10 years and I'm never disappointed. Lorenzo and Victor always take good care of me and I feel that I can trust them as they have proven that they are honest on several different occasions. I have not had that experience at other locations so I will continue to bring my vehicles to the union big O!

They were the cheapest in town for my tires and had them in stock.

Overall it was a good experience.

The men at this location are amazing! I just moved from Colorado Springs and I immediately felt so at home and welcomed. They really took care of me and are such nice, warm people. So grateful!

The staff were very helpful and very kind. The store was clean and tidy. The oil change I received went by in a timely manor. I would highly recommend going to this location to anyone needing car stuff
