Big O Tires

Tire puncture repair. Quick and courteous service! They had it repaired and I was on my way within 1/2 hour. They seemed very busy at the time too, so the turn around was better than expected. Great job!

We have used Big O for several years at a couple locations. The people are always congenial, always helpful and always efficient. I use this location because it is close to my house. If I have questions they can always answer them. This time, I arrived and was told they were backed up and it might be 1-2 hours before they got to me. Crud but I had a book and said I could wait. I was in for a tire leak and rotation. I was out in less than an hour. Even better was that there was no charge. I have never had a bad experience at Big O, always great!

I have been going to this particular Big O for 20yrs. There employees are always friendly and work to provide me with the best care not the most expensive. I travel a lot and they take care of my wife and son when there are issues, without overcharging. Great team.

Was able to refix my tires that were incorrectly fixed by another store.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to this big O location for about 10 years and I'm never disappointed. Lorenzo and Victor always take good care of me and I feel that I can trust them as they have proven that they are honest on several different occasions. I have not had that experience at other locations so I will continue to bring my vehicles to the union big O!

My college student daughter had a flat at her campus a few miles away from Big O. We brought the flat into the busy shop on a Saturday and were told they'd have it done quickly and call us. Two days later I called and was told the tire was done and since no one notified us...they ZERO'D out the charges! Wow! Great customer service! As a Mom way up here in Minnesota...I'm glad there are great services like Big O so close to my daughter! Thanks Chris- you Rock!

Absolutely fantastic shop with Drew and his crew. I moved to Colorado in 2010 and have found it difficult to find a mechanic that I would go back to, let alone refer anyone else to. Drew and his team are outstanding. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone looking for an honest shop that does high quality work. I can't express enough how nice it is to finally find a reliable mechanic that I trust.

The staff were very helpful and very kind. The store was clean and tidy. The oil change I received went by in a timely manor. I would highly recommend going to this location to anyone needing car stuff
