I called them for an appointment and they got me right in. They took me home and picked me back up 1 1/2 hour later.

They were very friendly, helpful and fast. The waiting area was very nice. I was just having my tire pressure checked, which is free, and they let me know that if they find a puncture, it would cost $20 to repair. They got my consent in advance. It turned out that I did have a puncture. They fixed it and when I went to pay, the gentleman simply said "Merry Christmas" and charged me nothing. There is karma coming his way!

Big O has always done a great job for me. I don't take my vehicles any place else for R&M. The staff and service are first class. Victor worked with me this last visit. He was excellent - can't say enough great things about him.

Had tires put on back in November and hvac valve replaced, new brakes and oil change in August. Both time service was prompt, professional and thorough.

Victor provides an excellent experience, was forthcoming with expected time and delivery and with a positive attitude.

I've used them a couple of times over the last year for new tires and maintenance. It's always been a positive experience with them clearly explaining the needs of my older car.

Great service at a great price

Was hoping to get a flat tire replaced, but it was unfortunately not fixable due to its location near the sidewall. The salesperson called with an economical replacement tire in mind and was able to complete the repair within the day. Appreciated the quick work and review.

My van blew a spark plug out of the head on the way to work and I happened to be near the Union and Alameda location. I drove directly to Big O and pulled in with no appointment. They immediately took my van in and began the work before I could even get picked up. Alan the mechanic had the parts ordered before I left the shop and the van was finished a couple hours later. This shop is awesome and the guys at the front desk were very friendly and inviting. This location ROCKS!!!!!

I am from out-of-town. The service persons at this location were friendly, professional, and quick with the service they provided. I was very happy with the whole encounter.

Fast & efficient

I recently purchased 2 sets of winter tires and had the 90K maintenance work done on my 4x4 truck. For all 3 visits, I left my vehicles overnight and everything was done early the next morning. I will continue to use this local shop for tires and maintenance.

Very polite and respectful staff, had to wait a day for the tire I needed to come in but that definitely wasn't a problem. Overall great service
