Driving through a parking lot and a strip of tar adhered to one of my tires. A friend at work recommended I stop at Big O on Union to see if they could help before I made my commute back to Denver. They gladly helped and Tony was able to remove almost all of the tar from my tire so I had a safe drive home! It was a dirty job that he did with a smile and did not even charge me!! Definitely a place I will do business with in the future - you should too! Thanks guys!!

Quick service without a appt

This is the best BIG O Tires in Colorado. These guys do everything top notch, my kind of shop.

Victor and the other staff were very friendly, honest, and quick to respond to my needs. I've had to return to the shop a couple times after buying new tires due to flats and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes, all while having friendly conversations when not assisting other customers.

THE GANG IN THE LAKEWOOD STORE ARE GREAT,THEY ARE PROMPT TO TAKE CARE OF YOU.AND ALWAYS DO GOOD WORK.I RECCOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

Wow! Nothing but 5 stars for Chris and his service team. Give him a raise. I have had several things done on my car here. Including brakes a new radiator and others. Always been done right, and quickly. Also never had to come back. They always check my car over and tell if something needs done. Honest mechanics! Will be back and I recommend these guys for sure.

I called them for an appointment and they got me right in. They took me home and picked me back up 1 1/2 hour later.

They were very nice and professional. Even when a problem arrived they handled it with care, kindness, and kept being professional.
