Victor went above and beyond. Had different wheels put on my brand new car. He had noticed that something had been living in the engine compartment "rat" and had eaten on the plastic and possibly the wires stating that the insulation is soy base. To the vehicle back to the dealer for replacement of the damaged parts. Thanks Victor

Everyone there was great. The underwriter (I don't remember your name! I'm so sorry!) was wonderful. Got me in super quick and was able to get the parts quickly. He was also able to communicate with what jobs they couldn't do and he sent me a referral to where I should go to get the work done. Alan, the mechanic, was also super great! He was fast and efficient. And I could trust his work and the quality of work (even when I cam back for rattles when it was unrelated to the work done). I know I will be back there again when I need other work done. Just a great team there, fast, transparent and honest. Everything I love in a mechanic!
