Great service

Big O has always done a great job for me. I don't take my vehicles any place else for R&M. The staff and service are first class. Victor worked with me this last visit. He was excellent - can't say enough great things about him.

Quick friendly service. Just wish you carried Quaker State Oils.

I was visiting the are on business and my low tire warning light as I was parking in the motel lot that evening. I called Big O on S. Union Blvd in Lakewood first thing Tuesday morning.. They told me to com on over. I had a very reasonable wait, considering that I had no appointment. They checked all my tires and instead of just adding air to the tire that was slightly low, they pulled the tire and checked for leaks. They found an old patch on the inside of the tire that was starting to come off. They replaced the patch and soon had me on my way. I expected to pay, since I had not purchased the tires from ANY Big O outlet (and definitely not theirs), but they charged me nothing! What service!. I'm just sorry I don't remember their names so I could specifically note them in this review.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary things but were clear about what needed fixed. They were timely and communicative.

Good shop

Everything went smoothly. I was able to complete my tasks on the phone by the time thw work was completed.

Always Trustworthy Always Dependable

Great service at a great price

I arrived earlier than my appointment and they got started early. They did exactly what I asked and didn't try to push additional purchases on me. It was very straight forward. Sometimes after I've had my car worked on and pay a hefty bill I leave feeling slightly sick and taken advantage of. I did not not get any of that with my visit. I had an oil change, four new tires, and new wipers. They did the work quick too!

My van blew a spark plug out of the head on the way to work and I happened to be near the Union and Alameda location. I drove directly to Big O and pulled in with no appointment. They immediately took my van in and began the work before I could even get picked up. Alan the mechanic had the parts ordered before I left the shop and the van was finished a couple hours later. This shop is awesome and the guys at the front desk were very friendly and inviting. This location ROCKS!!!!!

I absolutely love the staff at this location. I've been going here for years and can always count on a honest assessment of my car. The staff is knowledgeable about what you need for where your driving takes you. Their prices beat competitors every time and the timeliness is outstanding. Thanks Big O.

Fast & efficient

I've settled on this team about 12 years ago for all things related to tires. If you have a special need, they bust their adz working with you. They know their stuff, bother to remember your name. Over the years, I've come to really trust them.

Very polite and respectful staff, had to wait a day for the tire I needed to come in but that definitely wasn't a problem. Overall great service

The staff at Big O was exceptional! They were incredibly helpful, went out of their way to get me the right tires, and had the work done much earlier than anticipated, despite being such a busy Saturday. Thanks for your help!
