They took great care of me. My only comments are that they did not inform me my vehicle was ready until 20 before closing, and they did not put my spare back underneath the bed of my truck. Other than those thing, the gentalmen were very nice and worked above and beyond any tire company I have been at.

I was the last customer of the day in the first bay. After I left I noticed that my four tires were filled to 38, 38, 43 and 36 lbs. This seems like sloppy installation by someone who wanted to go home ASAP. The all weather tires purchased were filled with air, not nitrogen, as were the performance tires removed from the car. The first is minor, but the second will require that I constantly monitor the air pressure, which mean the extra I paid for the tire monitoring system last fall is a bit of a waste.

I purchased new tires for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT recently (repeat customer). Cory did a great job of letting me know my options and availability, and getting my Sumitomos to the store the next day. Brian advised me of critical brake pad wear, that if not caught sooner, could've resulted in caliper/piston damage (i.e., BIG $$$). He got my new brake pads and rotors installed during the same tire install visit, and an alignment, too. Thanks Big O for keeping me on the road, driving hard and stopping fast!!

The guys are great! They are polite, professional and got me right in even though I didn't have an appointment. They also fixed my flat tire several months ago for free. Their "extra mile" service then was the reason I went back when I needed auto repairs as well as oil change.
