Chris & Josh are absolutely amazing at what they do. Anytime we need anything from them, they do what ever it takes to make that happen. I also know that this locations team members are a huge part of their success. The entire process from appointment setup to vehicle pickup was prompt, courteous, professional, timely, informative, and easy. The staff are absolute professionals.

I got in quickly for an oil change. I had a coupon that was gladly accepted. I also had a problem with my cold air intake that was not able to be replaced for lack of parts that day, but it was very nicely adjusted to correct the problem and allowed me to make sure I have the correct part when I do come back in. I have had excellent service always here.

I was the last customer of the day in the first bay. After I left I noticed that my four tires were filled to 38, 38, 43 and 36 lbs. This seems like sloppy installation by someone who wanted to go home ASAP. The all weather tires purchased were filled with air, not nitrogen, as were the performance tires removed from the car. The first is minor, but the second will require that I constantly monitor the air pressure, which mean the extra I paid for the tire monitoring system last fall is a bit of a waste.

They took my car in right away and fixed my tire right away. The employees were polite and the rates were very affordable.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Located a better price for a battery and retrieved that and had prompt same day service to change out battery. Will go back for my oil changes from now on.

I had 2 flats in 3 days. Bad luck on my part. They were great at getting me in and changed very quickly so I could get back out on the road.
