Big O Tires

Originally went in to have the rear struts on my Lexus replaced after they had found a leaking rear strut. Before the work on the struts began, they suggested I have the front struts replaced at the same time so the ride and handling would be equivalent front to back. I knew that was the correct way to do the work and agreed. Thanks to them I have a solid feeling handling Lexus that is such fun to drive. Thanks to the crew for a good suggestion and good mechanical work on the car.

Everyone I worked with, from the people at the front desk to the man who fixed my tire, were very friendly. They noticed I bought my tires at big o and reminded me that hole repair was free for tires I had bought there. I was prepared to pay for the service but didn't have to. Very grateful for their honesty and friendliness. They also got my tire back to me quickly. I had to run a friend to the airport the next day so I was very grateful they got it done in such a quick time. Thank you for exceptional service.

I came in for an oil change and they were quick and efficient.

Brian and the whole crew is amazing. They went out of their way to help me and answer all my questions. (even the dumb ones) They even went the extra mile by driving to another store so I could get the tires I wanted. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I plan to bring my other car is in the next few weeks.

I drive and rely on older vehicles and I appreciate the additional mechanical services--beyond tires, shocks, etc--your store provides. Although I have done much of my own work on my vehicles in the past, I know that I can count on having you as partners to help me do the rest, when needed.

found problem and fixed it

This was my third trip to Big O and I continue to be impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy of the employees and managers. Services are well priced and work is done quickly. I would never have thought that a place like Big O would be the best place to take my Jeep Wrangler for mechanical work, but they beat the dealer hands down in every way.

The manager was great. Problem solved a rude employee and took care of the customer. Manager deserves a bonus.

Staff always very accommodating and willing to get what I need accomplished with our cars at my convenience. Chris is awesome!

I was there to get a tire patched and asked for a tire rotation at the same time. They found a huge staple in the sidewall of a DIFFERENT tire I was getting patched. Luckily I hada 3-year warranty with these big o tires, and they replaced it for FREEE ! Super lucky/great service that day. I always feel like this location is quick and friendly. You guys were great!

The team lead by Steven Mejias worked on my 97 Dodge Ram and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Great workmanship and they even put in bolts where there were bolts missing on my bumper and secured my wheel wells! Now that is going above and beyond. This is a trust builder!
