Big O Tires

Tire puncture repair. Quick and courteous service! They had it repaired and I was on my way within 1/2 hour. They seemed very busy at the time too, so the turn around was better than expected. Great job!

Professional and friendly. Got the job done. Did have to wait two days for appointment due to Thanksgiving Holiday and Big O's not wanting to work on the tires on Wednesday before Thanksgiving so had to wait until Friday. Really terrific finding a woman behind the desk and doing a great job!

I’ve been coming here forever a few years and I’m always happy with the service. I never get pressured to have things done that I don’t need. I really appreciate that! And the people are always super friendly, even when they are swamped.

The manager Brian is wonderful, he has helped me so much. The crew is also great.

Overall the experience was great. The only issue, and this was very minor, was I scheduled an appointment with a female associate, possibly named Jennifer the day before my oil change. When I arrived for the old change, it did not appear my appointment was in the system. Otherwise awesome job to everyone there as always.

Josh was acting manager the day i was in. He was new to.me as i was expecting Chris. He didn't greet me at my car as per usual, but it was an extremely busy day. He was professional and knowledgeable. Of course Wayne was great!

Total time for service compared to others.

I have been going to this particular Big O for 20yrs. There employees are always friendly and work to provide me with the best care not the most expensive. I travel a lot and they take care of my wife and son when there are issues, without overcharging. Great team.

They installed our new tires within 2 hours, as estimated. They offered to align our car, but told us they hadn't aligned it because it wasn't necessary.

Prompt service and inspection of problem with cooling fan. Thanks to you I can now drive it without the engine overheating.

Quick and easy to get work done.

My college student daughter had a flat at her campus a few miles away from Big O. We brought the flat into the busy shop on a Saturday and were told they'd have it done quickly and call us. Two days later I called and was told the tire was done and since no one notified us...they ZERO'D out the charges! Wow! Great customer service! As a Mom way up here in Minnesota...I'm glad there are great services like Big O so close to my daughter! Thanks Chris- you Rock!

Jennifer, the lady that serviced us was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were amazed that we could call one day and get our tires installed the very next day.

Absolutely fantastic shop with Drew and his crew. I moved to Colorado in 2010 and have found it difficult to find a mechanic that I would go back to, let alone refer anyone else to. Drew and his team are outstanding. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone looking for an honest shop that does high quality work. I can't express enough how nice it is to finally find a reliable mechanic that I trust.

Service was great. No appointment but took my car right in. Fixed a tire that had a small nail and rotated the tires. I've used this Big O for over 20 years and will continue.
