They were very friendly, helpful and fast. The waiting area was very nice. I was just having my tire pressure checked, which is free, and they let me know that if they find a puncture, it would cost $20 to repair. They got my consent in advance. It turned out that I did have a puncture. They fixed it and when I went to pay, the gentleman simply said "Merry Christmas" and charged me nothing. There is karma coming his way!

Jennifer was pleasant and helpful. Alan was great. I am always impressed by the service he provides for the Big O customer.

Had tires put on back in November and hvac valve replaced, new brakes and oil change in August. Both time service was prompt, professional and thorough.

Lorenzo, Oree, and Victor were very professional and cool. I highly recommend these three and I bet if the other guys that were there helped me they would have done a fantastic job as well! The technician Oree was very conscious and took great care of my car! Great customer service from him and Lorenzo, I hope the manager takes this into consideration because they deserve whatever reward for great customer service! I’m definitely coming back to this location in the future, I’m very impressed! Thank you for everything!

The customer service rep was very friendly and professional!

I scheduled my appointment and selected the tires I wanted. I dropped my car off early and they were able to install all tires, and complete an alignment I had not planned on all before my appointment set time. Staff explained why an alignment was needed and also explained the bill breakdown so I had no questions.

Was hoping to get a flat tire replaced, but it was unfortunately not fixable due to its location near the sidewall. The salesperson called with an economical replacement tire in mind and was able to complete the repair within the day. Appreciated the quick work and review.

I recently purchased 2 sets of winter tires and had the 90K maintenance work done on my 4x4 truck. For all 3 visits, I left my vehicles overnight and everything was done early the next morning. I will continue to use this local shop for tires and maintenance.
