They were very friendly, helpful and fast. The waiting area was very nice. I was just having my tire pressure checked, which is free, and they let me know that if they find a puncture, it would cost $20 to repair. They got my consent in advance. It turned out that I did have a puncture. They fixed it and when I went to pay, the gentleman simply said "Merry Christmas" and charged me nothing. There is karma coming his way!

This Big O Tires location is the most friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and convenient service shops I've ever done business with. Every staff member has been too tier. Keep up the amazing work.

Had tires put on back in November and hvac valve replaced, new brakes and oil change in August. Both time service was prompt, professional and thorough.
