These guys are honest and don't try to sell repairs that are not required. I've been a customer for 13 years and have never been disappointed.

Victor really helped me out when it came to my brake pads and rotors being replaced. It was a snow day so I know they were slammed but he still took the time to help me out

I am not a fan of auto body shops from past experience; however, Cori was fantastic and was able to change my opinion! He gave me several different options for the repairs and tires I needed, so I could choose the best option for me. All of the guys at the shop were friendly and easy to talk to. I have a few more repair to be done but I will be sure to give them a call.

I used Big O recently for my son's truck. I had been using another Tire Company for decades. When they refused to honor a tire warranty for 50,000 miles when we only got 25,000 miles on the tires, I decided to see what Big O could do. They met the price and threw in the alignment. Good enough for me. I'm looking at sending my daughter there next...

Professional and quickness

It was easy, convenient, fast, and prices were just as good as Discount Tire. Big O Tires is my preferred tire company after I saw them donate a set of tires to a family in need at a local nonprofit.

I scheduled an appointment for an alignment. They were ready for the car when I arrived and took the expected time to complete the servic. The price is what I expected and they provided additional information for an oil change.
