I've buying tires here for years and the service has been consistently good.

I had set up an appointment but had some free time a day early. I drove up and asked if they could squeeze me in without an appointment and the staff were polite and said they could (and they did). I was thrilled. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Victor is a great customer service rep for big O. The recommendations for additional service were pertinent and relevant, not just “nice to have”. The guys stowed my spare no charge. I have been to this location a half dozen times and I plan to continue to use them for my fleet of 5 vehicles.

Jennifer and staff did a great job of quoting and installing a new set of tires all within the same afternoon. When I arrived with the flat tire from my AWD car, I really appreciated one of the associates kindly bringing the tire into the store for me to be evaluated.

got 4 new tires at a reasonable cost. Tire service and alignment were done in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand.

took my wheels and tires to discount first and they were scared to put a 195/50 on a 15x8 and theee guys did it no problem. i will never go back to discount, this is the 3rd time they've dicked me around, and it was the last. not only did they mount and balance the tires, they used only sticky weights on the inside so there's no seeing the ugly weights. good guys here, will definitely be taking wheels and tires get from now on.

I had a right front tire that kept losing air. The tire was repaired after they found a small nail in it. I wanted to pay for the service but there was no charge! Thank you Stephen Mejia, Assistant Manager! Highly recommended!
