Big O Tires

Originally went in to have the rear struts on my Lexus replaced after they had found a leaking rear strut. Before the work on the struts began, they suggested I have the front struts replaced at the same time so the ride and handling would be equivalent front to back. I knew that was the correct way to do the work and agreed. Thanks to them I have a solid feeling handling Lexus that is such fun to drive. Thanks to the crew for a good suggestion and good mechanical work on the car.

I have no reason to ever go to another service center for any of my cars. Great service by knowledgeable and professional staff at competitive prices.

I came in for an oil change and they were quick and efficient.

Brian and the whole crew is amazing. They went out of their way to help me and answer all my questions. (even the dumb ones) They even went the extra mile by driving to another store so I could get the tires I wanted. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I plan to bring my other car is in the next few weeks.

I called for an appointment to get a brake light fixed along with an oil change. They said to come right in. I did, and there was no wait. Victor was courteous and informative and did not try to talk me in to anything extra. Instead, he listed all the free services I would get, such as tire rotation, battery check, and fluid refills. They found some other things that will require service in the future, such as brakes. Those were listed on my invoice when I finished, along with the price for each service. There was no pressure to get them done now. I'll definitely go back to Big O Tires at this location.

I drive and rely on older vehicles and I appreciate the additional mechanical services--beyond tires, shocks, etc--your store provides. Although I have done much of my own work on my vehicles in the past, I know that I can count on having you as partners to help me do the rest, when needed.

Victor and Lorenzo were great to work with, accepeted my coupon, gave me an accurate time line on when my truck would be ready, and checked me out as soon as my vehicle was done. I plan to be back soon w. my 1985 CJ to have the alignment and shocks inspected.

This was my third trip to Big O and I continue to be impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy of the employees and managers. Services are well priced and work is done quickly. I would never have thought that a place like Big O would be the best place to take my Jeep Wrangler for mechanical work, but they beat the dealer hands down in every way.

I didn't have an appointment for an oil change but I needed one. I walked in and these guys were so nice! They took my vehicle back within 5 minutes of my arrival, offered me coffee and got to work. I'll be back!

Nice shop and decent people

The team lead by Steven Mejias worked on my 97 Dodge Ram and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Great workmanship and they even put in bolts where there were bolts missing on my bumper and secured my wheel wells! Now that is going above and beyond. This is a trust builder!

From my phone conversation with Chris on our way to their location and the greeting when I arrived and then the upmost superior service by the employees was the most memorable experience of my 4 days in Colorado.The Ford Automobile Company should be ashamed of their poor behavior involving two of their Ford Delearship'sand should take note from your Big O's customer service procedures. Have been to other stores and extremely disappointed. This location is always exceptional, the employees are friendly, and I always feel confident that I am not getting ripped off! I asked to have my filters checked, and was told they were not that dirty so they shook them out and did not need to replace at this time. They could have easily charged me for new ones! This is why I go way out of my war to bring my car here for service. Keep up the great work!
