Treated very well. Found things wrong and fixed them in a timely manner and very cost effective.

I called for an appointment to get a brake light fixed along with an oil change. They said to come right in. I did, and there was no wait. Victor was courteous and informative and did not try to talk me in to anything extra. Instead, he listed all the free services I would get, such as tire rotation, battery check, and fluid refills. They found some other things that will require service in the future, such as brakes. Those were listed on my invoice when I finished, along with the price for each service. There was no pressure to get them done now. I'll definitely go back to Big O Tires at this location.

Great service and very personable staff

Victor and Lorenzo were great to work with, accepeted my coupon, gave me an accurate time line on when my truck would be ready, and checked me out as soon as my vehicle was done. I plan to be back soon w. my 1985 CJ to have the alignment and shocks inspected.

Brian got me in and out during a busy day. He was helpful and got what I needed done. I have been to other Big O locations and I always come back to this one because of how fast and efficient they are.

I didn't have an appointment for an oil change but I needed one. I walked in and these guys were so nice! They took my vehicle back within 5 minutes of my arrival, offered me coffee and got to work. I'll be back!

Have been to other stores and extremely disappointed. This location is always exceptional, the employees are friendly, and I always feel confident that I am not getting ripped off! I asked to have my filters checked, and was told they were not that dirty so they shook them out and did not need to replace at this time. They could have easily charged me for new ones! This is why I go way out of my war to bring my car here for service. Keep up the great work!

I did have to return my vehicle on Monday AM since the tire light came on flashing while I was driving on Sunday afternoon. I stopped by and Chris worked me right in to get it fixed and re-set. I appreciate all your staff Bryan, Chris and the workers do to keep my vehicle functioning safely. THANK YOU!

while vacationing on St Mary's Glacier from Oklahoma, we had car issues in Idaho Springs. On a Saturday no available mechanics in town so we hunted up the closest Autozone. The nice guys there steered us to Big O. It was around 1:30 pm and we were supposed to be heading back home the following day. Brian Becker was on duty and took charge. I told him our situation and he got right on it, diagnosed the problem (alternator), told us about how long it could take, also saw that our battery was pretty much toast thanks to the alternator and got our battery, which was still under warrenty, replaced along with the new alternator. the whole process took about 2 hours. Brian was wonderful!! He made sure we were ok with the time it was going to take and the price. He wanted to make sure we made it home ok. Thank you Brian for making what could have been a really bad situation turn out ok.
