Big O Tires

Went to Big O for routine rotate and balance...Brian was very helpful in getting me in right away. They did happen to find worn rear brake pads and were able to replace them quickly and less expensive than Toyota would have. Very good experience overall!

I was told I could not use my Goodyear credit card, even though Goodyear tells me it can be used anywhere. I could have saved more $$ by using it, I believe. Other that

I spoke with one of you sales guys to quote some tires over the phone for two vehicles. The prices were very competitive so I stopped in to see the shop and get a feel for the business. Everything checked out so they ordered the tires and were installed the next day. It was the first snow of the year and there were a ton of people getting tires put on, but everyone working was very calm and professional. You have a good staff at your location. I will be back for the rest of the company vehicles as they're needed.

Brought in a badly damaged tire. Big O Tires found a replacement in no time. They loaded it up in the car for me. When I could not get the tire pressure monitor to work at home, I went back to Big O and the sync'd up the system immediately. I have never been disappointed at this Big O Tire or any other I have visited. I buy tires for all my cars with them.

We have used the shop on Union for several years now. The service - both their desire to address our needs and the quality of work - are impeccable. I didn't have an appointment, but they did the work in the time it took me to get breakfast. We've bought several sets of times for our vehicles here, and would go nowhere else.

I pulled up after finding a large nail in my tire - no appointment. They fixed it on the spot in 20 minutes. Great service!

I went in at lunchtime because one of my headlights was out. The team responded quickly and I had my car back right after I finished lunch. It was amazing service. I prefer this Big-O to the dealerships because I have confidence my two cars are being taken care of and it is much more convenient for me.
