Victor went above and beyond. Had different wheels put on my brand new car. He had noticed that something had been living in the engine compartment "rat" and had eaten on the plastic and possibly the wires stating that the insulation is soy base. To the vehicle back to the dealer for replacement of the damaged parts. Thanks Victor

I am not a fan of auto body shops from past experience; however, Cori was fantastic and was able to change my opinion! He gave me several different options for the repairs and tires I needed, so I could choose the best option for me. All of the guys at the shop were friendly and easy to talk to. I have a few more repair to be done but I will be sure to give them a call.

I love this place. It is the only place I have ever bought tires in Colorado. Local owned business by a great person who cares about the community and taking care of customers. They go the extra mile and are always there to take care of the customer and save them money, wherever possible. I am grateful to have a business like this in my community.

Everyone at this store has been awesome. I bought tires here last year and will continue using this store. Stephen is awesome. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. It does get busy and some times it's a challenge to get in for rotations but it's worth the wait. Thanks guys

Additional service needed to done(new ball joint I believe) and they had the right part and quickly did the repair smoothly I still got my car done with new tires the same day!! Excellent service!!

I used Big O recently for my son's truck. I had been using another Tire Company for decades. When they refused to honor a tire warranty for 50,000 miles when we only got 25,000 miles on the tires, I decided to see what Big O could do. They met the price and threw in the alignment. Good enough for me. I'm looking at sending my daughter there next...

It was easy, convenient, fast, and prices were just as good as Discount Tire. Big O Tires is my preferred tire company after I saw them donate a set of tires to a family in need at a local nonprofit.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Big O. They have sold tires to us, they have repaired tires for us, they have aired tires and given advice. They are honest, efficient and prompt. We just bought a set of tires for my car. After calling around and pricing with others, Big O offered the best deal as I thought they would and they could have the tires put on my car the next day-much sooner than the other tire dealers I checked. Again, Big O saved the day for me.
