I've used the Lakewood Big O location for years now, even though I live in Evergreen. I find the service and people to be friendlier than other Big O locations I've used, and I'm also able to work comfortably there so I don't skip a beat in my work day which is important to me. Needed tires for an older car. Manager was extremely helpful with information on appropriate tires for that age car. There was a tie rod issue which was fully explained.Appreciated the look-over of the belts, etc.-- gave me confidence on what could wait and what to keep an eye. For the tires and tie rod, time was of the essence of course, and the folks at this Big O were extremely helpful. Top-notch customer service.
