Big O Tires

The mechanic did an excellent job. He was professional and knowledgeable about his job. He always displays a positive attitude toward me on numerous occasions. He would explain to me if there is something wrong with my car and then he would fix the problem accordingly. I am proud of him and encourage him to keep working hard. There was only one problem with Jennifer. She was disrespectful over the phone when she called me to pick up my mini-van and I didn't like it. She seemed to be racist

Everything went good. I would recommend not assuming the customer wants their old tires left in the back seat though and charging them a disposal fee. The previous tires were terrible and was part of the reason the vehicle was in the shop for over 2 months. I drove back to Big O so that all 4 of the old tires could be removed from my vehicle.

Greeted, quoted a price and time for the service I required, and delivered on half the time.

I needed a new valve stem. It was replaced free of charge Thanks....will be back to do future business

Lorenzo was very kind. I have generally been loyal to Big-O since I saw the store give tires to a family in need. Everyone at the Union store in Lakewood, CO is kind and has great customer service skills.

We've been coming to Big O for some time now and always have really good experiences. During our last visit, we were charged/serviced for something which we ended up discovering was not part of the recommended 35k mile service. My husband, who wasn't present at the time of the service, called and talked to the manager. The manager corrected the mistake by refunding the labor charges associated with the service item.

Professional, courteous, reasonably priced

Routine service was performed promptly and to our satisfaction. We were in less than a week ago.

This is my second trip in after I purchased my tires here. I've had two screws invade the tires and the crew here, Chris and Brian have been the best. Courteous and quick. I will not be going anywhere else for tires!
