I was pleased with my experience, I was informed of updates, and I am definitely Italy letting friends know.

Need to get my car fixed. Brian and crew checked it out, and we found the problem, needed tires. They got it done fast and with no issues. Glad to have a place to take my car when it has issues, and I trust them. Well Done guys

I doubt if I'm their biggest or best customer but they always get things done just like they say they will. Prices are fair and the quality is high so I'll be back.

We get our tires fro Big O and have them do regular rotations. This one was quick, easy, and professional. We did have one problem in the past year with a hubcap that wasn't properly secured, so I recommend checking those before you drive away.

Brian is always so helpful and very polite ... he always takes the time to explain what they need to do and why ..I don't feel that he is trying to "sell" a service that is not needed.

The guys are all very nice and professional. Even without an appointment, as a long time customer, they squeeze me in with minor car and tire repairs, and take care of me.

I tried to get an oil change at 4 other places without success & the Union Big O took care of me in minutes!!!Won't go anywhere else again!Friendly fast service for sure.Brian was great!

Brian and Chris took great care getting my son's new tires but on his car. They went the extra mile and showed us how to change our own cabin air filters. This will save us money in the future and we appreciate their taking the time to help us. As usual, we received 1st rate service.

Big O Tires Rocks.

I have purchased several sets of tires from Big O - and have also had routine services completed on my car.Each time, the staff has been pleasant, told me ahead of time what to expect regarding price and time of completion of work.

When I came back to pick up my car, they were waiting for filters to come in. I did have to wait a little while before my car was done. I do realize they were busy that morning; however, they didn't go through the bill with me and after I left, I noticed I wasn't given the 10% discount for ladies on that Wednesday for ladies day.

I dropped my car off service and to get new tires, the tech were amazing and very friendly!They got the job done in the time they said it was going to take and at a very reasonable price.Would highly recommend these guys!
