The employees at Big O Tires on Union near Alameda in Lakewood are always helpful, fast, and friendly! We go there for all our car tire needs.

I have taken both of my cats in to be serviced by BO Tires. They do everything to keep my car running and keep me safe.

We get our tires fro Big O and have them do regular rotations. This one was quick, easy, and professional. We did have one problem in the past year with a hubcap that wasn't properly secured, so I recommend checking those before you drive away.

They knew that I had to drive around for a while for my low-pressure light to finally go out.

The guys are all very nice and professional. Even without an appointment, as a long time customer, they squeeze me in with minor car and tire repairs, and take care of me.

Easy to make appt. Do what they day they will do. Labor charges a little high.

Had a nail in tire. Went in Saturday morning as a walk in. Hour later tire fixed, out the door, and no charge, just part of their service. Why I like Big O

A little more communication about expected costs and updates on service would be appreciated, but other than that, great service and helpful staff!

Big O Tires Rocks.

I was able to get new tires and an oil change/winterizing check all in one afternoon. And everyone with whom I came in contact was very courteous and knowledgeable.

When I came back to pick up my car, they were waiting for filters to come in. I did have to wait a little while before my car was done. I do realize they were busy that morning; however, they didn't go through the bill with me and after I left, I noticed I wasn't given the 10% discount for ladies on that Wednesday for ladies day.

Communicated problems clearly, great experience , don't go anywhere else.
