Fast courteous and friendly, thanks for getting me back on the road!!

I have taken both of my cats in to be serviced by BO Tires. They do everything to keep my car running and keep me safe.

Glad to have a place where you can trust the service and personel.

They knew that I had to drive around for a while for my low-pressure light to finally go out.

I was not greeted until I entered the showroom. No reminder tag for my next rotation was provided either this or last visit. I had to argue and beg for an appointment for my tire rotation as the representative stated they do not give appointments for tire rotation and that it was only by walk in. Finally, he relented and we arranged a scheduled appointment. I arrived at the appointed time and the rotation was performed in a timely and professional manner. I was offered no other checks. Coincidentally, I had a surprise slow leak and requested an emergency repair the day before my appointment. The repair was performed quickly and professionally.

walked in knowing what I wanted. They took me thru options and I selected one. Then I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in that close to quitting time but they did. Great job. That is why I keep coming back.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me; he's a manager. He was very helpful, informative and courteous. 4.5 stars.

Had a nail in tire. Went in Saturday morning as a walk in. Hour later tire fixed, out the door, and no charge, just part of their service. Why I like Big O

The professionalism and The fact I am not pushed into buying something shows great care for your customers. It is hard to find a shop That I trust and your store is thank you.

I made an appointment and they were right on time taking my car in and putting on the tires and getting me out very quickly

I was able to get new tires and an oil change/winterizing check all in one afternoon. And everyone with whom I came in contact was very courteous and knowledgeable.

My experience at this particular location has always been positive. Friendly staff, fast service at an affordable price. Recommended!!

Communicated problems clearly, great experience , don't go anywhere else.

Brian was great. He needs to clone himself. I was in three times in the last week and there was always a line at the counter and sometimes the wait was up to 1/2 hour. That's to be expected but not when you have a called in appointment. I am switching my car care business to you guys as long as that doesn't happen again. Thanks,

As always the customer service was #1. The new manager appears to be able to handle the rush of customers in the early morning.
