Glad to have a place where you can trust the service and personel.

Were honest, told me what would happen if I didn't and helped me find the best possible price on tires that needed to be replaced without busting the budget.

I was not greeted until I entered the showroom. No reminder tag for my next rotation was provided either this or last visit. I had to argue and beg for an appointment for my tire rotation as the representative stated they do not give appointments for tire rotation and that it was only by walk in. Finally, he relented and we arranged a scheduled appointment. I arrived at the appointed time and the rotation was performed in a timely and professional manner. I was offered no other checks. Coincidentally, I had a surprise slow leak and requested an emergency repair the day before my appointment. The repair was performed quickly and professionally.

Fast service, I was in and out and the staff was very pleasant and I got done everything I needed to for my car.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me; he's a manager. He was very helpful, informative and courteous. 4.5 stars.

good quick service on a very busy day at Big O

I bought new tires at Big O on Union in Lakewood, CO, last fall, had two patches their after picking up a couple of nails from house remodeling, and just had them rotate my tires and do oil change. Each time I've been there they have been courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Good experiences all around.

I was pleased with the service (tire rotation and oil change), recommendations for future needs, and the timeliness of the work.

I made an appointment and they were right on time taking my car in and putting on the tires and getting me out very quickly

Brian was great. He needs to clone himself. I was in three times in the last week and there was always a line at the counter and sometimes the wait was up to 1/2 hour. That's to be expected but not when you have a called in appointment. I am switching my car care business to you guys as long as that doesn't happen again. Thanks,

It was a nice change coming into Big O. No pressure to get 20 different services when I only needed an oil change. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

quick service

I came in to get a tire repaired. They were pleasant and helpful. While I was waiting for the repair I heard several conversations with customers and they were always courteous and tried to assist. I am new to the area and since they offer more than just tire services and with such a great experience I'll be back for other automotive needs.
