walked in knowing what I wanted. They took me thru options and I selected one. Then I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in that close to quitting time but they did. Great job. That is why I keep coming back.

Brian was great. He needs to clone himself. I was in three times in the last week and there was always a line at the counter and sometimes the wait was up to 1/2 hour. That's to be expected but not when you have a called in appointment. I am switching my car care business to you guys as long as that doesn't happen again. Thanks,

Had a nail in tire. Went in Saturday morning as a walk in. Hour later tire fixed, out the door, and no charge, just part of their service. Why I like Big O

I was able to get new tires and an oil change/winterizing check all in one afternoon. And everyone with whom I came in contact was very courteous and knowledgeable.

The guys in the shop are great.My only complaint is the "shop materials" fee on the invoice.Just be upfront and charge another $5 for the oil change if it cost another $5.Don't try to sneak that in.

Assistant manager and staff installed a high level of confidence by their quick identification of the problem and timely solution. Their overall professionalism (knowledge, skill, and awareness of customer relations) lessened the impact of an otherwise irksome situation.

I went into the store at 7:15 am on Sat Jan 23rd and was told it would be an hour and a half to finish my car. I had other things I needed to take care of and said I couldn't wait that long. The very nice desk person offered me a 2:00 pm appt. and I took it - figuring it would be quicker that way. I should up at 2:00pm and proceeded to wait - my car sat in the lot for a half hour before they took it into the bay and then it took another 40 minutes to complete the job. If I set an appt. I expect my service to start with in 5-10 mins. of that time. So rather than 1 1/2 hour with an apt I waited 1 hr and 10 mins..
