I came in for a tire repair, and it was completed in less than one hour! Previously I had attempted to get it fixed 3 separate times at other repair shops, so Big-O definitely helped!

The guys in the shop are great.My only complaint is the "shop materials" fee on the invoice.Just be upfront and charge another $5 for the oil change if it cost another $5.Don't try to sneak that in.

Assistant manager and staff installed a high level of confidence by their quick identification of the problem and timely solution. Their overall professionalism (knowledge, skill, and awareness of customer relations) lessened the impact of an otherwise irksome situation.

Brian at you store is the best. He always tells me what is needed and has a plan of action. I have been a customer at this location for several years. Never a problem that was not resolved to my satisfaction.

I went into the store at 7:15 am on Sat Jan 23rd and was told it would be an hour and a half to finish my car. I had other things I needed to take care of and said I couldn't wait that long. The very nice desk person offered me a 2:00 pm appt. and I took it - figuring it would be quicker that way. I should up at 2:00pm and proceeded to wait - my car sat in the lot for a half hour before they took it into the bay and then it took another 40 minutes to complete the job. If I set an appt. I expect my service to start with in 5-10 mins. of that time. So rather than 1 1/2 hour with an apt I waited 1 hr and 10 mins..

I typically go to a different big o but when my usual place was at a 5 hour wait, I called around. This location said "come on by!" I waited no more than 10 minutes. They were fast and friendly. I will gladly go back to this store next time as well!

The team (Especially Chris, Joshua and management) have really gone out of their way to troubleshoot and fix my vehicle. They have made my experience good and things were fairly priced.

I went to the store in Lakewood on the corner of Union and Alameda for the first time. The guys there were great and have a customer for life! They were friendly, professional, very helpful, and were not pushy! As a woman that is important.

Your agent answered all my questions about synthetic oil and for a high mileage truck like mine recommended a product just for that, so I went with it and it feels like it runs just great. it must be good because it is kind of pricey. I did not like the shop products (or something like that) fee however-what's up with that?

Drew and his team gave excellent service. I went in for a rotation and repair. It was done within 30 minutes on a Saturday! I appreciate the level of service and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Drew!

I was able to get in for an oil change at prime time in the evening and it was finished within 45 minutes. The store also provided me with a nice military discount.

I've been looking for a trustworthy mechanic who would stand by their work and I'm so pleased to note I've found one. Brian told me what I needed to get done right away and what could wait until I could afford it. He performed a lot of work in a short time and got our Buick Rendezvous back in safe condition. This means a lot because we're a single car family and the safety of my children depends on the safety of this car. On a side note ladies, if you're tired of being spoken to like your chromosomal makeup precludes you from understanding car talk look no farther. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with at this store spoke to me like a human being, and treated me with respect. Thanks guys!

Single mother"�I came in the store to ask if they would replace a new tail light lens on my car for the one that was cracked. Brian didn't hesitate to take care of it for me. And, I also needed four new hubcaps installed, as well. Again, very willing to help me quickly! I brought home sugar cookies as a small thank you for their assistance at no charge!! I would highly recommend using this store!!
