Big O Tires

Time on hold was almost 20 minutes. I had to call back to have my call addressed

I went in to get new tires and have someone diagnose a noise I had been having. They found the reason for the noise and also noticed I needed new rear shocks. I was able to get everything taken care of in one visit, and the noise is gone. I was happy to get that taken care of, as I had asked to have this noise looked in to the last two times I was in, and no one did anything about it.

I had a clear choice between replacing my tires at Discount Tire, or at Big-O Tires. I inclined to Big-O because of the deal I was offered.

Felt really confident leaving that everything was as they said it was. They didn't try to sell me on any air/cabin filters, or gas line cleaning or anything of the like. It was refreshing. They did a free tire rotation, but the cost for my oil change was over $70.

Showed up without an appointment for an oil change. There was availability so they took my car right back. The service was completed quickly and the staff was friendly and professional. Great team!

I was happy to be able to get my car in for an oil change right away and to be in and out in about an hour.

I originally bought tires at Big-O, but have come back several times for car service - they are always knowledgeable and they make a huge effort to get the services done right and quickly.

I contacted Brian two days before my son went in to get new tires for his car. Brian was extremely helpful and wanted me to be an informed buyer. He told me to find out what size tire was on my son's car and call him back. I called him back the next day and he and I walked through different pricing options for the vehicle. He was very helpful. He told me my son could come in at 1:00 p.m. to get the new tires. My son went in and got set up with Brian. That all went well. However, my son ended up having to wait four hours to get the new tires. It was my understanding that he would get in pretty much right away once he arrived at 1:00 p.m. I wish that Brian would have been up front and said that my son didn't technically have an appointment. He would just arrive at that time and wait whether or not there were people ahead of them. That was the only drawback. I would have appreciated him being up front with me and/or my son.

I got four big o a/t. The service was very good. They got me in and out ahead my scheduled times. The same we they aligned the wheels on my other vehicle and installed four other tires. The whole experience was very good.

In general all went well, no complaints

Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Got in quickly work was done in less than an hour.

Not offered alignment check and bought 4 new tires. What gives?

Overall, I was pleased with the service I received.Customer service was good; service good. Waiting 1 1/4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation (at 7:00am) seemed a little excessive, but it is what it is.

Efficient and friendly but "free tire rotation" isn't free if you have to wait a couple hours every time you go to get the tires rotated

I was there for an oil change and new tires. The salesman found an inexpensive tires for my car that perform well. I'm very please with the results.
