Big O Tires

I was happy to be able to get my car in for an oil change right away and to be in and out in about an hour.

Working in a service industry can be challenging. The staff at this location are extremely friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Brian is very easy to work with and will go above and beyond to see that his clients are satisfied!!

I contacted Brian two days before my son went in to get new tires for his car. Brian was extremely helpful and wanted me to be an informed buyer. He told me to find out what size tire was on my son's car and call him back. I called him back the next day and he and I walked through different pricing options for the vehicle. He was very helpful. He told me my son could come in at 1:00 p.m. to get the new tires. My son went in and got set up with Brian. That all went well. However, my son ended up having to wait four hours to get the new tires. It was my understanding that he would get in pretty much right away once he arrived at 1:00 p.m. I wish that Brian would have been up front and said that my son didn't technically have an appointment. He would just arrive at that time and wait whether or not there were people ahead of them. That was the only drawback. I would have appreciated him being up front with me and/or my son.

This Big O tire shop has been the best.I have used them for the past fifteen years with all three of my cars-two Volvos and now my Honda Crosstour.They have always treated me well and doneoutstanding service. This time, rotation and balancing took only twenty-five minutes and I was on my way.It always helps to make an appointment which I do.

Efficient and friendly but "free tire rotation" isn't free if you have to wait a couple hours every time you go to get the tires rotated

The guys did fine

Andrew went out of his way to help me with my brake light after checking for a tire leak. Then he showed me the grooves in my rotors and had already written up a quote, but I felt no sales pressure (I hate sales pressure). I had the brakework done by the crew the next day.

I found them to be friendly courteous and extremely willing to help.

In general a good experience. Brian was accurate in his estimate of time taken for the tire swap. He even billed me a little less than quoted over the phone, so that's always welcome:) Not sure if there's anything that could be done about it, but the waiting area has a strong smell of rubber- big surprise:). Can the stored tires be plastic-walled off & have an attic fan pulling the off-gas to the outside?

Take care of my truck as if it was their own, every time I go in.

We were surprised and saddened to find out that the previous store manager, Brian and his staff were no longer at the store. Brian always made customers feel like family and he was ALWAYS professional, prompt, and honest. However, what kept me coming back as a customer was his personable and just plain nice attitude. As a woman, being patronized is common with the automotive industry and the previous management NEVER behaved this way. With all of that said, the current assistant manager Steven was nice and respectful. However, I did not get a great feel for the new store manager, but will hope in time he can show the same patience and respect as the previous management.

I have a good experience every time I go. These guys aren't perfect but they're great. Just plane good folks.

I stopped in at 1 in the afternoon.They were busy, but got me right in. Said it would be 30 minutes and it was just about that.

We got answers for issues we were dealing with. Definitely will be back.Have great confidence in them.
